I have never been talked to that way usually there nice but this guy turned on a dime when I had a layed back attitude about it I though he was going to have me make Payments and try to work with me but no I looked it up it's only a misdemeanor to impersonate an attorney in buffalo ny that where they are. I didn't want to do anything though until I talked to my uncle who is and attorney. If he try's to use the same thing on you look up your local attorney general and tell him that he can contact him if he want to get ahold of you he's no attorney and he's not willing to work with you beware!!

If they threaten you then they aren't following the law and this should tell you it's a scam, next time they call(and they will) tell them to PUT IT IN WRITING (not an email) and send it to you They'll probably refuse to send anything (that's illegal)

This guy called me saying he was an attorney for wells Fargo and that I owed over 500 dollars to the bank I explained to him the last time I remembered being a wells Fargo customer I went to the bank and shut the account down the guy gave me my money and I was on my way, this guy began to tell me that I ripped off the bank and that I was lazy and need to get a Job after I told him I was a full time student he said he did not like my attitude and that if I didn't pay him the 500 dollars by the end of yesterday that he was going to call the cop the bank which I don't have and the police. He then began to threaten me some more asking me who payed for my phone I said my parents he said that figures and that if I don't have them pay him that night then he's going to take me to court and sue me for 5000 dollars wtf. After about 30 sec of him just talking s*** and threatening I just hung up on him I should have done it sooner but I though he was an attorney. I personally called the bank and they told me he was just a bill collecter after I asked them if he was an attorney. If you get a phone call from this guy don't bother he told me because I have a laid back attitude that he was going to take everything I got even though I have very little just don't answer beware!!!!!

Got a call from a gentleman named, Glenn... he stated he was calling on behalf of bank of america and that i had been put in chexsystems. I wasnt so sure as to what chexsystems was so i first called bank of america and they refered me back to this guy glenn. I then looked up what chexsystems was and had no idea it revokes your privilrges from banking until you pay any money you owe to any banking institution. in any event i called him back and paid the bill but he was a bit aggressive and thought he could have been a bit nicer.

Guy from this phone number called me looking for my daughter and told me I had to take his phone number to give to her and make her call him.  He said if I didn't he would have the sheriff at my door that night to serve me with a court order to force me.  Ridiculous!  I told him I am not responsible for my daughter's financial problems and he told that I became responsible the minute I decided to have a child...my daughter is 31 years old.  That is when I hung up.  This man was so rude and threatening me when I have no involvement whatsoever.  He deserves to have the same thing done back to him and his family members!

They said they are policeman and are looking for someone, they rude and trying to intimidate people
