This is a debt-collection agency called "National Processing Group" or NPG or NPG-NY.
I received a call stating the message was "solely for Mr. xxxxxx" (not me), but then they left the message anyway. It appears their MO is to call people who know the debtor in an attempt to embarrass the debtor. They probably just do a search on LinkedIn or other social networking to find people connected to the debtor. Seems highly unethical and borderline illegal.
