Same thing happened to me: I received a voice mail message from FRG and Associates.  The person's name is Alissa Baker.  She left a message on my cell phone for my son.  She states that she has a civil matter to discuss and needs to get a call back from him or his attorney.  I don't think this is legitimate.  When I called this person back, her number states it is nonworking.  The number she left is (716) 418-7044.

I just recieve the same call today October 4th around 2:30pm and Alissa Baker told me the same thing . I ask her to mail me a document on what I owe to see if it is for real. She told me what document I am telling you now. To me this is Fraud beacuse by law any bill collector have no right to threatin you about court

Also called me as a relative of someone I hardly see. They wouldn;t even have ny cell phone nember.  But then they theatened to call my daughter on her cell phone.  I informed them I did not want them to ever talk to my child and askd to speak to a supervirsor.. at thie point she hung up with me.  Her name was also ALisa Baker

Got a call from this number this morning from Alisha Baker.  Legal matter, looking for a Kevin Martin, who I have never heard of, but they had my name and phone number.  Was going to call back to tell them I don't know anyone by that name, but then found this thread.  Not going to bother now.

They called my number which is unlisted and asked for a family member.  It is obvious it is a scam because they acted as if they were calling the right number.  When told that the name they mentioned does not live in the same house, the response was "That's funny since this is listed as a relative."  Well, just because it is a relative does not mean one lives in the same household, last time I checked.  The name of the person who called was Lisa Baker.  Same m.o.:  They are calling on a civil matter and to have my relative's attorney call them back.  Very threatening tone.

They keep calling talking about a civil matter

They're calling for a family member that has the same name as 3 other family members. I tell them that we don't know which one they want but we don't know where any of them are anyways so we really can't help. They won't stop calling us though.
