Mechanicsbur PA 717-918-1074 Picked up the Phone - DEAD AIR. This has been happening since the weekend. I called the number and it's for a Bookclub. I talked to the operator and the represent Doubleday, Good Cook and several others. I told her that their Voice Activation System is making calls without speaking & to stop. While I had her on the phone I cancelled my membership with Doubleday/GoodCook.

Two calls from this number today-no message left. I called back and it's a bookclub. Probably Doubleday or Literary Guild. Hope this helps.

I JUST RECIEVED A CALL THIS MORNING AT 4:30 AM  AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER, BUT THEY ARE ASKING FOR A LADY THAT IS DECEASED,  ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL AS IT CAN BE!!!!

Has called every day for weeks, no one there when answer.  Finally called the number back and it is a book club, but the person at the other end, said that number had to be a telemarker, because that was not there number. My number has been added to the do not call list for that company,

Have received numerous calls from this number several times a day and night.  Very annoyed they do not leave message and I have no clue who is calling.  If they cannot leave a message, then STOP CALLING!

Calls 2 to 4 times a day, 4 days a week and no one on other line, very irritating. Never leaves a message. Caller Id says unknown caller.

I receive calls from this number several times a day.  I got so tired of it that I did one of those people/phone searches.  The only information I got was the first name Dian (last name unknown) and Harrisburg, PA.  Maybe someone else can find out more.

Called my home number and asked for me.  Was told I would not be home until later and then called right back but said they would call back later. Did not identify themselves

I have beeen receiving calls from this "Bookclub Service Center" (I found out by calling the number.)and do not recieve a response once I answer. I do belong to a book club where I do order books from but I don't know why they would be calling. Don't owe them any money.

They have called 3 times today and 5 times yesterday.  Who are these people?
