I have records for calls on January 10, 11, 14, 15 (2x), 16 (2x), 17, 21, 22 (2x), 26, 30, 31, February 1 (2x), 2, 4, and again today! 20 calls in less than a month. WTF!!!! How are they getting away with this. I can take them to small claims without finding out who they are, which I can't do when they aren't there or hang up. If anyone can get their real information (ie: the registered agent), post it here and that can be used to sue in small claims.

Calls from this number at least once a day for weeks.  Called twice today!  First time, I listened all the way through - they offer an option to be removed from the call list - just press '5'!  Apparently, that doesn't do much, as they called back just a few hours later.  this time, pressed '1', got a person and asked how to be removed - they hung up.

So sick of these morons!!!!

EVERY DAY for the last 2 months, sometimes twice in one day. Have asked politely to be removed a dozen times, but they don't. I've alerted 9News, NPR and the Governors Office. On the do not call list, but that's obviously not enforced enough to outweigh their profits. Hopefully someone will do something to start enforcing the FTC rules against this practice.

Telemarketing call wanting to give me a free "Emergency Medical Alert Device" for Seniors.  I pressed 1 and blew a whistle into the phone to demonstrate that I was already in possession of an 'Alert Device'.  I'm tired of asking nicely to remove my number from their lists.

Wont stop robo calling

Call all the time, robo call machine message never kicks in. I hang up, they just call back.
I'm on federal do not call list, and report EVERY call!

This is not the only annoying number calling (this time hanging up) multiple times... and I too am on the fed and state no call lists.  Good to know who is calling so thank you for the information!

These jerks keep calling and have been asked numerous times to quit calling.  One guy said, "but it's free, don't you want it if it's free."  I told him as a senior citizen I learned there was no free lunch.  He finally hung up on me.  They keep calling - sometimes they will talk and other times just hang up.  I really feel I am being harassed but don't know what to do about it.  Doesn't do any good to report them to the State of Federal do no call lists - nothing is ever done.

I've been getting calls from these "if you are a Senior" jerks for weeks. Talked with two agents who said would remove my number. Got called the next day! I have filed complaints with fed and Colorado DNC folks.
This company was sued in Indiana.

I'm on the Federal no call list, and the colorado state one. I need more information as to who registered this phone number to SUE these telemarketers in local court. It is the ONLY way to stop these harassing scammers.
