I have been waiting for this day to come for a very long time.  The time is where I can make my last post on here and put Robert Weiner out of my head for good, or until he's been sentenced and the to the time he's released from prison, which I suspect will be a fairly long time from now! On that note, we are not expecting him to have the opportunity to be bonded out as he is a flight risk.

Lastly if you have been a victim of the scam, PLEASE come forward.  You will NOT get charged. You will NOT have to go to Florida to file the charges, and you WILL not have to physically go to court, you will be able to give you statement to the judge over the phone.  There is a lot of visibility on the case right now and I'm sure the Broward Sheriffs Office would LOVE to press more charges agaisnt him. Although Robert Weiner has picked himself up 7 new charges, I don't believe this is enough to get him locked up for the rest of his life. Someone like this animal needs to be behind bars FOREVER!!!

I am very sorry to hear that you were a victim of Rob Weiner, just like myself.

However, a person claiming to be in law enforcement is accusing me of being part of this scam.
He hides his identity but his email address and posting alias is JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com.

Unfortunately, he is a criminal himself by making false accusations that I am involved in this scam and releasing my personal name and phone number to victims which

have since harrassed me due to his intent. Is this the right thing to do? How would YOU react?

He has been making domestic terrorist threats to me which I have recordings of. The majicjack number he hides behind is being traced as we speak.

We have started a criminal case against this person, JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com,  who is obviously intentionally trying to lure victims and turn them into

criminals. Like he is doing to me.

We have not yet determined his real identity yet today, but I have been contacted by people saying his full name is possibly Jay Saball. Regardless, his identity will

be revealed very soon.

If you reply back I will have my attorneys speak with you in details if he has intentionally tried to lure you in as well. We do not hide behind aliases or false phone

numbers and emails like JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com.

He is posting false allegations about me as being part of this scam. Do not believe this.

He has ZERO proof of this.

Although he sent me an email today claiming that he has me on video tape meeting with Rob Weiner 2 times within the past 2 weeks, which I can easily prove is FALSE. He

is making false accusations without knowing the truth! He apparently learned this from someone else and has NO evidence himself but yet is terrorizing me.

He is intentionally trying to set me up using false information. I can forward anyone the emails showing his accusations including assuming that I am guilty and

calling me a "scum bag" and that he is watching me which is terrorism, stalking and harassment.

He is also committing crimes by posing as a law enforcement agent which are being handed over to the justice department, FBI and police departments in the county that

he resides in. Yes, we have tools as well to catch a criminal if needed.

We also have recorded messages threatening me, that I can provide to any person even if you want to remain anonymous.

YES, it is true that I knew Rob for about 1 week, which was a year ago in which he convinced me that he was the bassist for the band, Stone Temple Pilots, and made me

pay apx $2k for strip clubs. I have not spoken to him in at least 1 year. I AM WILLING TO TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST TO PROVE MY INNOCENCE. My team and I are also

prepared to spend every last dollar to put JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com in jail for trying to intentionally slander my name, my business and intentionally put my

life in danger by making false claims. As you can see, I AM A VICTIM not a criminal. But he is so determined to put Rob in jail that he is not thinking straight and is

targeting the wrong person. Unfortunately for him, he did things AGAINST THE LAW and is now going to be dealt with   by law enforcement officials who understand my

position and anger.

I am not sure if Jay is a real law enforcement official, like he claims to be, but my team of lawyers and law enforcement officials are working as we speak to

determine his true identity, his location via GPS and I.P. reverse tracking and WILL prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Even if he is a law enforcement

official, it gives him NO right to accuse someone without first finding out the full facts.

He needs to respect the rights of all law abiding citizens under the rights of the constitution.

Please be careful speaking with this person. Something is not right here. He is either trying to setup all victims or he is just delirious and has nothing to do in

Below is his most recent email.  He seems to be targeting SP's off of Euros.  I just called both numbers and he answered. Of course I told him it was justiceforrobertweiner...he had NOTHING to say!!  Five minutes later the phones were disconnected.  It's GREAT to seem him run. I'm sure he's EXTREMELY paranoid as we speak!  (hahahahaha)

Behavior patterns described by his latest victim include:

1) VERY aggressive
2) Heavy crack smoker
3) VERY, VERY, VERY paranoid (hahahahaha)
4) Smelly
5) When he runs out of crack he says he will back then doesn't return! The other person involved will then call with some BS excuse and say the rock star (RW) will hook up with the SP next time he's in town. (for this example lets just use Toronto!!)

Also, please note that there is at least two people involved with his scam.  Latest victim only met one of them which has been confirmed it's Robert Weiner but spoke to two people. Based on past surveillance we believe we know who else is involved with RW, and our building our case on the GOOF too!
