on 1/4/08 I received a call from 1-727-541-4599 and the caller ID said Epiphany WRLDWD. A message came on asking me to hold and then a man came on the line and yelled my husbands name as if they were old buddies, but the dead giveaway was that he mispronunced my husbands name. He then went on about why that was the best name ever. When I told him my husband wasn't available and asked who I was speaking to, he said "JARROD the same name, that's why I say it was the best name ever"

I then said it's actually pronunced Ja-Rod, he says "nooo, that's how black people say it" I snapped back...well, were black, what do you want. He quicky changed his tone & said "we were just wishing you a Happy New Year, it's a courtsey call" I told him to never call here again and hung up.

I later called the number back and spoke with a lady named Shannon who said she was a supervisor and that she would be sure to bring it up to "Jarrod's" supervisor.

Long story short...This company is bad news, they were not forthcoming about what kind of company they are or where they are located. I would think twice about doing any business with them.

I have had many calls from this so called company. They play creepy love music then yell your name. At first I thought it was a stalker but then I did some research and found this. My advice, block them!

I was also called by this company saying they would send me a $500 shopping spree card good at any stores that accepted Visa.  There was a $1.95 fee. I would not give my credit card info but I did give a number of a prepaid Visa I had purchased (with only $25 on it).  Never got the promised card, googled the company name(I had asked lots of questions and had company and caller names), found this among other negative reports about Epiphany Unlimited, and called the above # (they had given me a fake 866 # when the call was made).  I spoke with Lauren ext. 103, whose supervisor is Natasha.  Very helpful, trying to right the wrongs committed. Promised the card would not be sent, no charges would be made because I had been given incorrect and false information by some of their callers.  They are attempting to get to the bottom of these reports.  Apologetic and helpful.  Anyone having problems, I suggest you ask for them.

I just received a call from "Chris Davis" and "Steve" Epiphany Unlimited. She wanted to send me a $500 shopping spree card. They were trying to get the word out about their company. (Then why don't they advertise?) I could use it on "any product". (Who says that?) No strings attached. They wanted me to call them back on a toll free number to tell them my opinion later. I only had to pay $1.95 for delivery of the card. There's the one string! She knew my name and address. She said I could use any card. I told her I wouldn't give my card info. We went back and forth for some time. She tried to convince me that she didn't want any confidential info but yet she asked which card and what the number was. She tried to tell me that the security code on the back was the confidential number. Then her supervisor tried his best to get the number. I even asked why don't you send it C.O.D.? He said they weren't based here. Duh!! Something about being in Phoenix and Houston. Yeah sure! I finally said "How many times do I have to tell ya'll that I'm not going to give you my card number?" He hung up. While talking to him I'd started getting online. After he hung up I found this site and all the problems everyone has had. I checked my accounts and so far no charges have posted. Good luck to everyone dealing with these fraud mongers.

Keep trying.  Tell them that you keep receiving calls even after you asked them to stop.  Then tell them you will get a 'call detail record' from the phone company to prove they continue to call after you have asked them to stop.  They know this will get them in hot water and will refund your money they took from you.

I received a call from these people stating they were from the Visa company and that I was in such good standing they wanted to give me some free stuff.  I said yes that's fine.  They already had my address and everything.  They sent me a letter to a fraud Website and the phone number to cancel (a service they did not tel me about) would not work to cancel.  Finally I found this Website with their number.  I called them and they tried to tell me they had a recorded phone conversation.  I finally told them that they had called me 3 times after I asked them not to and I would just get the call detail records from my work.  After which they agreed to refund my money.  They will keep calling even after you have asked them to.  HOWEVER, they also know they can be fined pretty hefty fines if they do.  Use that against them!!

December, I have noticed a bill from Epiphany Unlimited Long in my credit card. I tried to call the 727 541 4599 but I got no answer. Keep trying but no Luck, then I just received my credit card bill again and saw a $39.95 charge again. I don't know how they got my account #. This could be a fraud trying to steal my hard earned money. How can we get rid of this. I already contacted my credit card company and this bill is on dispute right now.

Some person from this company called my cell phone saying that they were from my credit card company offering me long distance.  I let them know that this was my cell and I was at work and my cell came with free long distance.  The lady tried to convince me to just try the long distance for 10 days then I could cancel and they would give me a $1000.00 shopping spree.  I explain that I was not interested and hung up.  Today I recieved this free long distance letter with instructions on how to use it and the date of 2/3/08 to cancel.  I immediately tried calling throughout the day and noone answers.  I have left a messages and have not received a call back.  I even went online and tried to cancel several times but can't tell if it has gone through.  On Monday I will be sending a certified letter requesting a signature to cancel the account and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Also received call from "Epiphany Unlimited" this evening. They've been calling my number repeatedly for over a week, but I have not answered sine the call has only shown "Unknown."

This evening I answered the phone, and as soon as they introduced their company, I did a search online. They then offered me free certificates and gas vouchers for use of my debit card ending in XXXX. Some prize or something. They wanted to confirm my address, saying, "Do you still continue to receive your mail at 26XX N. Central... etc..."

I then said, "Please hold, I'm doing a search of your company online." when suddenly he hung up on me.

Never, under any circumstances, say "Yes" over the phone to anything they ask you. They can use that simple word to deduct monies from your credit card or bank account by manipulating recordings.

Good luck everyone who's had more problems then annoying callers, and make sure you all file a fraud report or contact your local authorities.

I just received a call from Epiphany.  Mind you, I'm sick and not in a good mood for telemarketers at 9am.  So, when he couldn't pronounce my name correctly, I asked him to take my name off of his calling list.  He said, "no, I can't."  I didn't let him say anything else after that, as that is illegal for him to deny taking me off his list, so I asked for a supervisor.  The guy on the phone had the audacity to start laughing at me, and then told me that he was the supervisor.  That made me irate, so I started yelling at him.  It made me feel better, because he sounded like he really didn't know what to do after that...so, he hung up on me.  I didn't have a phone number from them, so I just googled this telemarketer for a while before I found this site.  I am immediately going to check my online bank statements, as reading the above makes me very leary.

good luck everyone.

knew when i was born, my ss# and the whole nine yards informing me that he was from the credit card company and i had won a $500.00 shopping spree.a few days later i found that they had first withdrew $4.95 plus $2.95 from my bank account. In the meantime i spent approx: 2 weeks trying to contact them by phone and got no answer.finally spoke to someone giving me the runaround saying they never took my money when i got their name and number from my bank. three days after that they took $59.90 from my account. I cannot wait for them to get caught because they are going to have to pay.As to date i still cannot reach them by phone.

Never got the call myself -- maybe one of my kids did.  Saw the charge on the credit card and disputed it.  Credit card said "Epiphany Unlimited Lon".  The phone number that Bank of America said they had on file was 1-866-297-6734.  They said it gave you the option to "cancel" whatever that means.

I received two calls, the first time I hung up.  The second call someone named Steve Jacobs said that he was with VISA and I had been selected to receive a $500 shopping spree.  They read me the last four digits of my debit card and my name and address.  Halfway through his speil I stopped him and told him I was not interested in anything. My account was debited $4.95 a day after the call. I only use this account for small purchases online so they must have stolen the info from an online merchant or hacked thru my zonealarm firewall while I was online.  I din't get the phone number but the detail on my account said Epiphany Unlimited.

The first time this number called me someone asked for me by my first name, and then said my credit card company was offering me some sort of shopping spree.  I have a debit card, not a credit card, so I hung up.  The number keeps calling me every other day.

I received a call from 727-541-4599 offering me a $500 free shopping spree for credit card that ended in 5433.

I told them to discard that number that it was my debit card number and I had problems with fraud recently.  The caller would not identify themselves or the company and they hung up.
