She called me and said she was an officer with broward county and that I had to turn in my car in to show I'm not hiding it, and could retrieve it the next day. I asked can I just make a payment to catch myself up and be even she said that won't work and if I don't turn my car in ill have a warrant out for me. Called my friend who is a cop and said she full of s***. Not paying your car is not a criminal offense it's a civil. Best advice call your fiancé company and tell make a plan to pay it back to even ASAP. She's really fat btw, and drives a Toyota and Is a wanna be cop.

A lady said she was a Private Detective, asked for me and when I said I was Arta she hung up on me.

Your right she wasnt in the debt collector business, she was an investigator hired to reposses my vehicle with an agent and they had the proper paper work. title loans are now able to issue a stop cease order.

I call BS.  A private detective cannot harass you in this way.  City and state police are not in the debt collection business and would not be showing up at your home either.  And what the heck is a "stop cease order on vehicles not paid?"  Sounds like a shill, to me.

Well the lady that claimed to be detective Reyes, left me 2 messages on my voicemail. Not certain to respond, she ended showing up at my door. She showed me her badge and the reason why she was looking for me. She isnt a debt collector, she is a detective hired by e title loans to put stop cease orders on vehicles not paid. I screwed up and didnt pay my loan as I was supposed to. I lost my vehicle because of my stupidity 2 weeks ago.

Don't worry. The case that "Detective Holtz" has, holds 24. Ask for everything in writing, hang up, & have a good laugh.
