Called wanting to speak to my Boss.....obviously doesn't know him because he asked for his full first name, which non one does, unless it's a SALES call!  He was very depressed and angry sounding.  I dont have time for this BS!!!!

Someone named Matt called and asked for me. When told I wasn't in, and offered my voice mail, he asked if I had a cell phone. When that was refused, he left me a VM, but just left his first name and number.

Has called serveral times, knows the CEO's name.  We returned his call and received a standard voicemail recording.  Im glad we googled the phone number thanks to everyone that has posted on this Matt Owens character.  757-233-8923 (scam)

I've been receiving this call for about a month now. It's extremely annoying. Wouldn't it be great if we all just started calling him at random and tying up the line?

Received call from him today asking to speak to my supervisor by full name. Very abrupt and rude. Explained to CEO that I didn't who he was, what he wanted, and that he just hung up on me. CEO never heard of him and took it upon himself to goggle the number and came across this report. I called the number back to confirm his number. Explained to him what I had read about him after googling his number. He said he would take us off his list.

Received voice message "Hi (my first name), Matt Owens 233-8923, please call."  Thought I might know him by the brevity of the message until I looked up the phone number.

Called my cell and left a msg. Said "This is Matt Owens. Please call me back at 757-233-8923." Uh...I don't think so.

Called my business and is extremely rude to my employees.  He is a theif and trying to steal credit card numbers. Am calling the police.

Left me message "Hey .... Matt Owens 233-8923 please call" that you for your posts. Selling something and fom the posts I am not interested.

Left message. Name of Clyde Owens and # '233-8923.' There was no reason for the call. Tone was abrupt.

Same as the above.  Unbelievably rude!  Matt Owens from the "Public Safety Office." Said he needed to speak to the boss - knew first and last name.  Most people think I'm the secretary, but I'm actually the co-owner.  I don't divulge any information until I know what the heck a caller wants.  He's going to get nowhere fast here.......

We received this call less then 5 minutes ago. Apparently, he has called before but I never talked to him. Today I happen to answer the phone and he asked for my boss by his first name. When I said he wasn't here, he said "Can I have a number to reach him?" I told him I was his secretary and I can help him and he said this was not important and then hung up on me. However, I do believe that if this was a business trying to solve a issue about something, he would have asked for my boss's last name or the owner. I am willing to help any that calls that I can help regarding the business but I am not electing any phone numbers to anyone.

Called wanting to speak to the boss who was not in, and then demanded the bosses cell phone number, which was denied. When asked what it was regarding, the caller (who also said it was Mark or Matt Owens) hung up.

we have gotten at least 3 calls from this number. A guy by the name of Matt Owens, says he is from the "Public Safety Office". Very rude and arrogant. Asking to speak to my boss, won't tell me what he wants, so he will not get through to my boss. Leaves his number 757-233-8923. What a jerk.
