He even gave me the address of his "wife" in Arkansas to send the western union payment. Very forward about asking me to be quick about paying him.

I'm dragging this out until I can get some results from some sources.

I'm in correspondence with a guy who claims he's Bolton Johnson. Even has a Facebook account with two pics on it.

With just a deposit of $200, he'll send me they keys(from California) to Oklahoma so I can start moving in.

I've got him hooked; he used the manipulation tactic, "I have taken this property off the market and secured it to you" in hopes to get an early deposit from me.

I've alerted some important people on this matter.

This happened after multiple emails. The first email I received was signed from the previous owner, but during the phone call I received a different name. Anyone can look up the owner of a house through the county's public records. Be careful!

Same guy is doing this to my wife and I and we live in south Carolina thanks for the report, im gonna turn him in.  He sounded Caribbean to us. One thing he kept saying is he wanted to make sure we took care of his house. Watch out for this guy

Was the other mans name Raymond Magoffin? My fiance and I are afraid of getting scammed and want to make sure this is not the same person! He sounds like he is from Africa. Please let us know.

This number called me after some email correspondence about a house for rent in Madison, WI. His emails and text messages immediately appeared suspicious; however, I had to see how far it would go. He created a lease agreement and sent me the address to which I should send deposit. His "secretary" is William Miskey and lives at 8228 Bronco Lane, San Antonio, Texas 78227. BTW, this address is to a cheap apartment complex.
