THESE PEOPLE CALL ME AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY NOW ORF I WILL BE IN JAIL CAUSE THEY ARE FILING CHARGES

I also received a phone call from these people 760-544-1748 had a hard time understanding them.  They said that they were from Orange County California advising that a lawsuit was filed against me for monies owed to US Cash Advanced.  Spoke with someone who sounded spainish named Lisa Jones who claimed to be an attorney with the US Courts in California Orange County.  She stated that I needed to send them money by Green Dot Money Pak and call them back with the 14 digit number, when calling back speak with a Mr. Richard Anderson.  I had no idea what a money pak was so they explained the process to me.  Yes, years ago I did do a payday loan, but thought that I had paid it all back.  Anyway, to prevent court, I did in fact call them back with the 14 digit number.  I fax all the data to Mr. Richard Anderson at 909-385-6828 and called him back on the 760-544-1748 ext 177 to confirm he got the information.  Which he said he did. I then asked for my receipt.  He stated would take 4 days for me to get it through the US Mail.  
Well, today, I receive another call from the same number, only this time its a different person altogether.  Now stated that I owed even more money.  I told the lady of Indian Decent or spainish, couldn't really understand her very well that I had already taken care of this. She advised I had not!  Threaten me with police will come an arrest me if I didn't pay them right now.  I explained I didn't have the money, she then said she would speak with her superior lawyer to see if they would work with me.  As the day went on, I called the number back not able to connect.  When this happen, I came here on line, and read what others had posted and really feel that I have fallen for this SCAM!!!  I am very upset!!!  Be a cold day, before they get anymore money out of me.  I spoke with my wife, and we agreed that if this is a real lawsuit, then let them take us to court.  I have my evidence, I just hope they have theirs.  
If you get a callfrom this number 1-760-544-1748, make sure to get all the information in writing, like, case number, amount owed, owed to whom, the date of the loan, the address of the loan office, and their phone number, so that you can verify before you get taken like I just did.

These people call my cell phone and harrass me at work.  It is a bit too much and I just want them to stop.  I have reported these people several times but they keep calling!!

threat with lawsuit for something I've done, I have no reason to get some calls like this, this is not the first call of the kind, but they keep change the voices, names and telephone numbers, please can somebody do anything about it?????

I've been getting phone calls from this jerk for the past few days.  He says his name is Edward Glendon & he's with Legal Services of Orange County, with a think Indian accent.  He said I had a delinquest online loan from Instant Cash.  Sorry Edward . . . never got a loan from Instant Cash.  He wanted me to fax him a note stating my name & social.  He also wanted me to include in this fax "I am assuring I will not dispute anymore".  I asked for Instant Cash's phone number . . . he gave it to me but he also said they don't want to handle this loan anymore since its in collections.  He gave two numbers 206-577-9992 of which the line doesn't even ring.  After looking up this phone number on the internet all I see is scams.  I called Edward back & told him he gave me a false number.  He gave me 818-230-1399.  When I call this number another Indian guy answers.  It sounded like he was being coached.  I said, "You are a scam aren't you" and he hung up.  I'm glad I've looked up all these phone numbers on the internet & saw all your complaints.  I'm glad I never gave them my bank account info nor did I send them the fax they requested.

someone called my work place yesterday leaving a message to call them & its a law firm & his name was edward landon. call them back today & spoke to a guy with heavy accent. could not even understand what he was saying. i was so shock that i had a payday loan that i owed believed them & offered them to make payment next week when i get paid but demanded payment today or they will file a lawsuit have a police officer suppina me in an hour at my work place & how much much fees would be costing me if i was found guilty. they told me to buy a moneypak load the money in & call them with the 14 digit number. they called my work place 3 times today & then and orange county sheriff by the name of scott brown calling me a suit is against me that if i want to resolve it or pursue with the lawsuit & to call back edward landon to tell him i with my decison. so my boss told him to stop calling at work & my boss also put a block on his #. they got me all worked up at work. these asswholes messing with people!!!!! they need to go back where the came from!!!

Thick accented man keeps calling and asking where someone is. He used the name David Williams. Obviously foreign, most likely Indian, judging by the accent. He threatens to have the cops called and to sue to get his money. If you answer, threaten him back with filing harassment charges. We need to find this idiot and shut him down. Whatever you do, do not give any information out.

this number 760-54-41748 call me about a payday loan and want my lawyers name and number I told him my lawyers name was Keller & keller and give them the locate jail number. They than asked me why I didn't pay my loan off when I told him I never did a loan he said sorry for the misunderstanding  it's funny because when I called the number I gave he a fake name and phone number but he still so happend to pull up my fake account lol these people are always trying to steal from others as well as older people that not right at all we work for or money when people like this wants to steal for their living.

I decided to invest in a whistle,  have alot of the numbers blocked but they just get new ones. Another good item to invest in is a fog horn.  Maybe if enough people actually start trying to blow their damn eardrums they should get the message.  Or maybe call to sue me since they can no longer hear.  Be my guest told you aggravating jerks to stop calling me and since you didn't it was my turn to be rude to you!

I called back the guy answers can I help you? I respond can I help u? He goes on to tell me to go f myself and a lot of other disgusting things! Asking if he can do disgusting things. I wish they would say that to me in person with my husband standing there and see what happens.

I also have been getting this calls they state that there's a lawsuit on my name and ss# this is a fraud and need to stop DO NOT RETURN THERE CALLS  they have been calling me since 9/4 /12 another number is 323-977-8972. I have 3 different names with the same indian accent again DO NOT RETUREN THESE CALLS

i also have been receiving threatenig and harrassing phone calls from this number and also their other number 619-878-9822/ the man has an indian accent and he keeps telling me that i have to have my attorney  and myself contact him immediately and if not that all he can say and wish me is good luck. I don't know what this is about. he also that he was going to sue me. I have never got any pay day loans or anything off of the internet and i am very seldom on the internet only to play a couple of games. I wish this person can be stopped and he leaves me alone or i will have the person that is in my family to contact him that is a cop and i will press charges against him. he said his name was David Smith. if he has all or any information about me he can lose it or be arrested for identity theft.   if anyone else gets these calls ignore them and they will quit.

I SAID I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION UNTIL I KNEW MORE  ABOUT WHO WAS CALLING AND THEN THE MAN (WHO HAD SUCH A HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT, I COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND HIM) TOLD ME "F_ _ _ YOU B _ _ _ _"" AND HUNG UP. i CALLED RIGHT BACK AND SOME ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SCREAMED " F U!" AGAIN. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM, TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW. REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO EVERYONE YOU CAN THINK OF. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN, I GOT THE NAME OF BAKER AND MCKINZE LAW FRIM. I RESEARCED THE NAME. IT'S ALL A BUNCH OF CRAP!

They people are a mess!!!!!!!!! They call your phone over and over and over again. Threatening and harassing you. Saying the police will come and get you and you will loose your job and you will be sued if you do not pay them money!!!!!! ITS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD!! THEY NEED TO BE STOPED! They also have ALL your information. They are very persistent on calling back to back and leaving threatening voicemails! Dont let them get you!!!

These people call me 5 times on September 6, 2012 once they called my job. They were demanding money. My boss answered this call from this number saying that they were  from a lawyers office in Boston, Massachusetts.  They said they were collecting on a ?pay Day Loan? from 2008. I never had one. How did they get my work number? Odd since I never told anyone but these people did not call my immediate family. Moreover, how do they have my social security Number?
They said needed the information about my lawyer and that they were in the process of a lawsuit and that they put money in my account which is a lie and I did not repay the loan.
Their accent is so heavy i have a hard time understanding what they are saying. I have never been called once and was only given the opportunity to pay immediately. They were ?surprised? they I never heard of a lawsuit.
I received a call last week from the same people saying I had a warrant for my arrest in New York City. I called the New York police and the detective called the number they gave me and called me back to tell me to inform him if they called again. They didn?t until today.

It's a SCAM WTH is wrong with people, do not send them anything or give out information, they WILL drain ALL your accounts........SORRY SOME PEOPLE ARE STUPID, pay my so called debit, since I don't have any.....

these people have called me from this number and another one requesting information I refuse to give them, so they call back and call me nasty names...I have called them back and get s*** for not giving info and my reply is you called me so you have my info......I swear to god IF something is not done with these people I WILL travel from NEW YORK and beat the s*** out of these people I TIRED OF THIS

Some lady called me at work, told me I was being sue and needed to speak to Patrick. held on the phone and they hung up.

He blew up my phone several times yesterday when I was in the recovery room from having my gall bladder removed. He called again today. I called him back today and gave him a piece of my mind. He kept saying "who are you?" I said you know who this is since you just blew up my phone. Hung up on him and he called me back 3 times. A few months ago, I had this happen from a totally different area code. If anyone was suing me, a cop would bring me a subpeona not some Indian dude blowing up my phone threatening me to pay.

Some guy calls repeatedly ( this guy can't even pronounce his name correctly without a heavy accent). Heavy foreign accent tells me they are a hoax. They call my work too, but each time they are told I can't take personal calls. My cell phone is bombarded with voice mails of threats to sue and that I am in grave danger if I or my attorney doesn't return their calls. I might if I could make out what company they think I owe money to, or the name of the person I'm to contact.

Keep calling, I put you on my reject list, Leave all the threatening voicemails you want, I just delete them. I call them back too and just hang up...LOL

Total frauds. Called them back via my skype. They want money sent to Indiana to a guy named Carmelle Jordan. The city is Kennard. Any law enforcement reading this, track this down please.

I answered this call from this number saying that they needed the information of my lawyer and that they were in the process of a law suite and that they put money in my account which is a lie and i didn't repay the loan.
