Yes, I got the call from WN Positions asking about setting up a job profile as I requested when I filled out the Wal-Mart survery for the iPad or iPhone (or something like that according to the caller).  Since I don't fill out these surveys cause I don't like getting phone spammed, and because I was gainfully employed, I asked the name of the survery respondant, which I was never given.  He then was responding "yes", "no" in a measured cadance as though he was answering questions from someone.  I wished him a Happy New Year before hanging up on his sorry a***.  Then I did the research.  Can't wait to get called back, since it appears that it will happen according to the folks that have posted online.

They called my cell today and my work. When they called my work they called from a different number (619-734-7461. Which I am unable to find on any of these sites and will be reporting). They threatened me just like all of you. I told them I would contact them after I checked my email for this so called info they are asking for. When I called back. What do you know, it just rang and rang. I even tried the number they left on their vm.....Rang and rang......Idiots.

This happened to my friend today almost exactly how you described. Called her at work and 25 times on her cell. I finally talked her out of paying because she really thought they would take her license and send her to court or jail. She filed a police report and they said they have gotten numerous complaints from this guy. What a jerk!!! I hope they catch him.

This guy has been calling my friend today about25 times. He demanded money within 45 minutes or she would have her licensed suspended and be subpoenaed for court. He first said he worked for a lawyer Larry Martin and the next time for a lawyer last name Smith. She filed a police report and they said they have gotten many calls from people complaining about him. His first name is Greg and he calls from California.

This phone number called my cell and work asking me or my retained attorney to call back. Retained attorney for what???? And then saying that if I did not return the call he wished me good luck because it was going to unfold on me. What a nerve!!! The person had an Indian accent. What are these people thinking? I ran into some similar call not long ago and it was a scam. They had even been reported to the police and FBI. Don't answer calls from this number and if you answer do not give any personal information. Report them to the FTC since they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Any debt has to be validated in writing. Don't fall for their threats. The call shows as originating in Bishop, CA.

the person who called was David Lewis. He threatened the FORMER Employee of this office when he left a voice mail call stating he had better return the call or else it was going to be trouble. When we tried to call him back he refused to talk and then blocked our number to go to a busy signal.  We will be turning him in if he calls again. The person he is looking for does not work here any more>

This people have called me before on my cell and work. They say their from a law office and they told me becouse i havent responded to a paday loan email that the company has filed charges on me. So I asked them were are legal court documents, They told me they had them. So I told them were was their office located so I can go personally to pick up a copy of this so called legal paper work. They would not give me an address they refused.... So I told him to give his attorneys lic. number so i can call my local court house to see if his really in an attorney..... He started to yell at me and said that he was going to get me fired from my job and that my social sec. # was going to black listed, What does that even mean..... I just told him ok... Do what you gotta do... And they hung up on me.....

THIS IS AN EXTORTION SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and may be using bought/hacked/phished loan application data to extort money or personal info for fictitious crimes.

I am getting threatening phone calls from this number and others numbers similar to it...They say that they are calling from the District Attorneys office and that I have 3 lawsuits pending against me if i don't call them back that i will be taken to the courthouse and i will spend 6 months in jail....Who does that, where is the proof, and who calls you and tell you that? Where is the certified court papers?This is a scam people don't fall for it...Doesn't anyone know how to report these people if so please do...They are middle east speaking gentleman and they give false names each time they call but the same number....

I keep getting calls from this number threating calls from this number about a law suit. Their saying their with Bakers & McKenzie Law firm but that not even a number for that firm.

I did log on to the FCC website and filled out a complaint with this number.  Not sure about anyone else but I get these exact same calls but from different numbers all over the U.S.  I've tried to report them all.  Maybe if enough people do it they will stop.

I received a threatening call from this number today.  I've received similar calls but from different numbers.  They called my work and I threatened them so they haven't done it again.  If anyone know who it is or how to report it I'd sure like to know.
