Gurstel Chargo ain't nuthin' nice. Just got a judgment & I am filing chapter 7.

It is Gurstel Chargo Attorneys at Law, aka debt collection agency. Representing supposedly some other firm that bought my debt from some other place, etc. They sent me one of those threatening letters stating that "no attorney with this law firm has personally reviewed the particulars of [the] account" basically meaning that they are simply trying to bully me into paying a debt owed by making vague threats of legal action. Full of stuff like "unless you notify this office within 30 days" they will "assume the debt is valid." So if you never get the notice, it's valid too. Silly.

Get calls from this number all the time. It is automated voice and it just says " first name, last name" and then it hangs up. Caller ID says Gurstel Chargo. Very annoying.
