I agree with Jean.  I would be calling them if there was a problem.

I answered this call the other week and advised them I was not wanting anymore calls. Told them any info I need I will go to website and find on my own. NOW today they call and leave NO VOICEMAIL or anything. I thought if we ask to DO NOT CALL they would.

They keep calling me too after I asked repeated times to please STOP.
They don't care..... they are making money and justifying positions, we are all just numbers to them.
And they could actually save money with listening the First time. While also not having people
continue to have to complain about them.

Same as the others.....I'm beginning to hate my choice of UHC.   I told them not to continually call, it's quite annoying, especially if I'm asleep...  If I need them....I've got their MANY numbers!!!!  Guess they don't get it.   Seriously considering a change.....BECAUSE OF THE 2, 3, 6 CALLS A DAY.

i too got this call and he said he only wanted to ask a few questions about UHC, or if I had any issues.  When he asked if this was a good use of my time, I said No!  I know where to call if I have problems, so don't bother!

I TOO HAVE UNITED HEALTHCARE AND RECEIVED "MANY" CALLS,,,,I NEVER ANSWER,,IF I HAD A PROBLEM, OR WASN'T SATISFIED,,,I WOULD CALL THEM.  I JUST WISH THEY WOULD STOP WASTING MY TIME.

Courtesy call from United Healthcare. I am a member and they check periodically to see if I am happy with the plan I opted for.  My option is not designated in Call Type...it was a courtesy call.
