I was called and told I could save 30 percent on my bill I told them not interested they hung up

They called me atnd asked for me by my name. Said FPL will raise my bill 20 per mo.!
Funny, How did they know my name? I am not on FPL bill?
I called FPL & they said it is a PHISHING SCAM!!!!

Was told my electric bill was going up and they would send a technician around to answer questions. When would I want them to stop by. I asked who they were and was told energy something?didn't quite understand or don't remember exactly what she said. I asked again why my bill would be going up and she said due to rising costs etc. I told her if she was not from FPL then I didn't need to talk to her. She hung up quickly.

Caller did not leave message.  ID stated Hobe Sound.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize
I have blocked all future calls
