As long as you suckers keep falling for this sh?£¥t, they will keep calling.  How can you people be so fuc?£¥king stupid?  My God, what is tbis country turning into?  A bunch of morons?  PATHEIC.

Been receiving phone calls all day! Different numbers all from FL! WTH! Im on the DNC list too! I just stopped answering!

This company has called me twice today, saying I qualify for "medical compensation." I hung up.

They have called me saying that my children both boys had won money in a birth control case

Got a call from this # today. I NEVER answer calls if I don't know the #. They can leave a message and I will call back if I choose to do so. This is a Fla #. I wish there was a way to make these kinds of people go away !!!

They call telling me I'm a part of a lawsuit from a past bladder surgery I've never had done in my life. I know its a scam so I don't let them get any further in their call I just hang up. Going to block thrleir calls from my phone.

I am on the do not call list.......why do these morons keep calling.  Twice today and at least once a week.  What good is the list?  I also reported them twice to the FCC.........when someone finally answers after a brief  time.....you can't understand a word they say.  One time it was for medical lawsuits????  Then one for a school loan???   I am retired.....what idiots.. Where is  Government help with these morons?????  Help get theses people out of the system.......and tell me what good the National Do Not Call List does............anybody up there in DC listening???

This company seriously calls my cell at least 3 times a day every day. I am getting really sick of it!! They always tell me that they are calling about insurance and I want it to stop!! I tell them to remove my cell phone # and they hang up and call back within a few hours. This is harassment and I am tired of it. When I call back I either get a busy signal or a person who I cannot understand telling me that they will take my number off of the call list, which never happens. They have not identified the name of the company and when I ask they hang up.

These idiots called us all the time last year insisting my daughter had taken birth control pills, then I answered the phone one time and told them impossible, I used to be a man, but I had sex with a cow so they turned me into a woman. All I heard was "Huh?" and a quick hang up, no more calls! Or so I thought until today when a woman called this time. I couldn't understand a word she was saying other than something with the term medical information in it. I just kept repeating over and over "Is there someone there who knows how to speak English?" She and her thick Indian accent hung up on me! Imagine that LOL-It is just so very annoying, but from now on I am just going to have fun with them-unless of course they don't call back again after today. Just be aware that nitwits like these people are only out to scam you, never ever tell anyone that you, yourself, did not contact, any financial or medical or any other information about yourself. Make a copy of a machine gun sound on your phone or computer and play it, screaming, oh no, oh no, he's killing us-that should work!

After a year and a half of unwanted calls from these idiots, I'd had enough and decided to do some digging.
The company ultimately responsible for these calls is: EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY LEADS, aka: EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY MEDIA in New York (Brooklyn) and THEIR PH # is: 888-674-8678. The offshore call center they use is: Arogus.bpm in Ahmedabad, India. The Director of Arogus is Sohail Hingorja and HIS email is: sohail@arogusbpm.com His telemarketers use untraceable SKYPE, VOIP & track phones (hence the convenient Miami area codes) to call people from lists. They're only supposed to be following up with & qualifying people who HAVE FIRST CONTACTED THEM in response to an advertisement, but that isn't always (read: likely never) the case, given all the unwanted calls. Once they ?qualify? the lead, it is sent to Claudia at Lead Publishers in AZ (818-315-5415) who then puts you through to an attorney who paid big bucks for that ?qualified? lead. The head of EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY LEADS is Rob Nilson. HIS # is: 631-897-5030. On the phone, he sounds more like a teenage boy who's just woken up.  The National Director of Sales for EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY LEADS is: Richard Stephens and HIS # is: 646-210-8810. His job is to sell the over-priced, ?confirmed? leads (for $500 - $1200 a pop) to ambulance chasing law firms all across the US, looking to get in on a sweet class action lawsuit, with minimal effort on their part.

To stop the calls, you have to report them to the FTC. But not the numbers that have been calling you because those are fake numbers anyway. You have to find out the name of the company who hired them to make the calls in the first place. That takes a bit of creativity.
The next time they call, play along with them. Answer ?yes? to all their questions. Stay with them long enough for them to pass your info on to the attorney. When the attorney calls you, make sure he's legit - google him & the name of his firm. Then clue him in to the unwanted calls you've been receiving and find out the name of the company he buys his leads from. Then report THAT company to the  Federal Trade Commission ? 877-382-4357.
Alternately, you can also call the numbers listed above & give them a dose of their own medicine!

These people keep calling me stating that I am eligible for a medical compensation for a mesh implant which I have never even received.  They are very insistent and at times somewhat rude.  

I dont answer for phone numbers that I dont recognize. These people are very annoying, persistent, and they NEVER stop calling!!!!

I am getting calls from 786-522-9606. They are calling all hours of the day 530 in the morning and it is becoming harassing. I have asked them to stop calling and screamed at them to stop calling. WHen I get a call at 5:30 in the morning I get extremely worried. How canI get them to stop calling?

I have gotten this call claiming to help me get coverage for medical mistakes that happened during a surgery... Make it stop!

They call and I let them say something. I then repeat it back to them all screwed up. Then I ask them where they learned to speak broken English so well. I keep doing the same thing until they get tired of the "game" and hang up. A word of advice,,,,,NEVER admit that you understand ANYTHING THEY SAY. Waste their time. If everyone would do this, they would be out of business in a week.

Most of these calls are initiated by scammers workingout of India.  They are criminals who ignore US laws.  There's no way to stop them from initiating calls.  You can protect yourself, however.

Best way to protect yourself is with a call blocker.  

Also, don't pick up on calls you do not recognize.

I received a call just now from this number. Not recognizing the number, I did not answer. My feeling on these calls is this....if it truly is a legitimate call, they will leave a message. Therefore, no message equals junk. All my important contacts are programmed into my phone, anyone else can leave a message.

I keep getting a call from several different numbers.  the latest is 251-273-3069.  I called and got the automated system saying if you want to be taken off the list, press 2.  I did- a person answered and tried to talk about their suit.  So i interrupted and told them if you call me again, I will file a lawsuit against you.  She took my number

I was starting to get calls from this number constantly and as you know, you can hardly understand them. I was semi nice at first. Then I started getting nasty to them because they were to me. I told them to quit calling me. I thought that worked because I stopped getting them. Haha, silly me, a few days later I got a phone call from them. I keep telling them not to call me, but I get the phone calls once or twice a week. Do they think I'm not going to recognize the number?!?! I just wish there was something we could do about these people!!

They have started calling business lines as well... I informed the guy that he was calling a buisness line and he told me "no no, you are not lessoning to me, this is not a business" and i repliyed "no, you are not lessoning to me, you are CALLING a business, and i am informing you to stop" he just kept insisting so i hung up on him... if they call again i will report harassament and they can deal with the $500 per occurance fines...

Never leaves message.  The one time I did answer the phone the person did not speak english very well then proceeded to get hateful.  I asked them to remove my number however I'm still getting calls.
