I get this call all the time from 786-866-5404.

I believe it is Florida Association of State Troopers (FAST). They also use 1-786-866-2525, 1-786-876-2529, 1-786-876-5407, 1-786-876-2533, 1-786-5400, 1-786-866-5411 and probably a host of other numbers with 1-786-876-XXXX

Keeps calling Nights and Weekends.From the other posts I read,it is probably a call wanting a donation to the State Troopers. Who in these times has extra money to give to all these causes? It is getting very hard to keep a roof over your head,food on the table, and gas in your car if you are lucky enough to still have a job. Stop calling me for money!

Called our office and then our home telephone.  I too am going to report these menacing calls to the Attorney General's Office.  Hey friend, hope you have money saved for the fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Martinez on caller ID.  Me--"hello?"  long pause.  "hello??"  Him---"Mrs. ______?"  "Yes, who's calling, please?"  pause again.  "Oh, I see you're on the Do Not Call list."  Then I hang up before he does.  I only answered the phone because I was far away from the caller ID and was expecting a family call.  If this happens again I will report because I actually remember the caller's voice when he would use different numbers!  He called tonight at 7:50 PM.

To follow up - I just checked and on 2 of the calls from this number, the name. R. Martinez comes up.

My caller ID has showed many calls from this number - but no message was left. Tonight I had another one and when I answered they hung up. Very strange. Any information on this caller would be appreciated. I am on the no not call list.

Be aware of the scams with the phones and the rates.

What kind of scam is the person or persons running???

This number has called my home several times in the past week as well and either beeps at me or hangs up.....grrrrr

they have called 5 times on sunday.and 3 times a day after that.a guy said hello after i answered the phone and then he hung up.whoever this is stop calling me!!!!!!other numbers we received are the same 6 numbers followed by 5411,2542,2536,2523,5414
