This is a debt collector. He left a voice mail and stated he was trying to collect a debt.
Called me about a 5 year old bill that is out of statute of limitations.

Scam. These folks call and harass you. Threaten you with a warrant unless you pay for some unknown debt. These folks are breaking the law. And are identity thieves as well. They are scammers of the highest order. Do not answer their call. UGS, USG, Sarah, Gina, all sorts of BS. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission. They will harass you, your family, your distant family, and this is not proper procedure nor legal procedure for debt collection.

These people are by far the most unprofessional debt collectors I ever received a call from in my life!!! First of all Stream Energy never sent me out a final bill before sending my account to collections at Brown & Joseph. Second since they have I have been calling for 3 straight weeks and have not once been able to speak with anyone other than the super rude BI*** Samantha at the front desk who watches the caller ID and hangs up continuously or transfers you to voicemails of people who never respond. UNPROFESSIONAL IS A UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THIS PLACE MOST DEFINITELY!

I believe this must be some kind of scam posing as collections. They're still calling themselves Browning Joseph, asking to collect from someone I've never met, on behalf of a company I've never done business with. My phone number is in a new range, so I never get the calls for a former owner.

- Got a call from 800-216-1710. Did'nt answer.
- Called back, Answering receptionist said " Brown & Joseph(s) Ltd.
- I said "I got a call from this number"
- she replied "Let me see who called you" and " Oh that was Mr. Josephs, let me connect you"
- I asked "Is this a collection agency?"
- she replied "no, this is a payment processing center"
Note: called in morning before 11:00a
still don't know for what debt, but sure looks like a attorney/debt colector

I received a call and voicemail from this number. The guy on the message (whose name I can't understand even after repeatedly listening to the message) stated that they are "Browning Joseph" and that it was a call to collect a debt that had been placed with them. Really believe it's some kind of scam because we have NO DEBTS!!!!
