I just went through a whole of phone calls, etc and this is a valid number. In my case my savings account had gone negative due to service charges. The system automatically calls when your account has been negative for 15 days.

Got a call from this number at 3:30pm Xmas Eve and also around 5pm Xmas Day. They claim they are First Horizon/First Tennessee Bank. I called this morning and the woman who answered the phone asked for my account #, which I didn't give. Then she asked for my SSN, which I didn't give. I asked why she might be calling me - she said they're the collections dept of First Horizon/First TN. I do have a bank acct with First TN but it's in good standing. Seems like a scam to me.
