Above are the members, and Manager details on this collection agency- you can search indetail at Sunbiz.org. to find out information on their articles, registered agent (who you have served) if you continue to get harrasssing phone calls.  Write cese and desisit letters to these peole.  also keep records when you advise them of not calling. dates, time they have called.  Even if you don't get a human voice on the line.  and if you're really good at skip tracing you can look up their residence and make sure they receive your letters too.  this is all pupblic information availble on line the with the state of florida.  Goodluck, and I'm sure within time these clls will stop.

Said they are Enhanced Recovery Company located in Jacksonville, Florida.  Asked for a Rahna(?).  The caller was polite and said she would take my number out of the Big Hopper in the Sky.  She said I would get no more calls (ha  ha, I've heard that so many times). I'm in Sacramento, CA (916).

caller gave name of Jennifer Barber. Said I had a debt for a dish.
informed her I had no account to send me "the contract with my signature" and she quoted the wrong address. i told her this was being reported to FTC.

I got a call from 1-800-459-0766 telling me I owed money from Comcast.  Total scam. Almost convinced my husband.  Do NOT pay them anything!!

John Smith! Learn English and proper sentence structure. Did you go to elementary school? If so, I bet you failed lunch didn't you! Common sense dictates that an attorney or governmental agency would impose and collect said fines and provide individuals with compensation in an amount provided by law. As far as you calling everyday to be an a**. If you did so to me, so as to aggravate my self and my family, I would look at you as the source of said aggravation and seek you out. I promise, I would find you and never let you feel safe in your world again.

If you get a call from them and they are blocking their CID in ANY way (Name=Unavailable/800 Service, etc) then YOU are entitiled to $1,000.00 in damages for THEIR violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Any debt they are pursuing is also cancelled/nullified for their use of fraudulent/hidden CID information.

Called about 20times in the last few weeks but never left a message. Today I caught thier call and recorded it. Naturally, they had the WRONG NUMBER! I informed them that any further use (calls) or distribution of my number constituted agreement to pay me $100,000.00 PER CALL. Caller wanted to argue, I let her know it was being recorded and those were the Terms and Conditions for calling my number to further her business and any call, use, or distribution of my number contituted agreement to those terms.

These people call my work (a hospital) at least four times a day and hang up.  Why do people have to tie up phone lines with this crap.....if you need to talk to someone maybe you should say something into the phone!

These folks call ALL THE TIME--what is so funny is that I have an account with sprint---have had for 6 years...still open and still in use----ermmmm I am confused.

As soon as you hear them begin the spiel, blow a whistle in their ear.  Repeat as necessary; do not speak to them.  Should only take once.

This caller has been looking for "Karen" for almost two years.  The 800 number keeps changing, but they still want to speak with Karen.

Very rude man telling me that I needed to verify mailing address for someone else in this household.
Advised him I did not have to give info out states that I am only verifing it,,,I refused, he got pissy with me I HUNG UP!

Female recorded voice: "Please hold for an important message from ERC." Then a few seconds of silence and it disconnects.  We don't have, and never have had, outstanding debts. I assume they are fishing for someone who years ago lived at our address (our phone# is not unlisted), but really don't know. We get these calls about one or two times daily.

I live in Puerto Rico and got a call today on my cellphone asking about my adress. I asked them what was this about but they wanted to confirm the adress first before telling me any information. Of course I did not confirm anything. Told them to send something through mail and if I answer back through mail then the adresss was confirmed.

Care to share that address with the rest of us?

REALLY annoying, because they called my cell today which is registered under my husband's name and i took his name. and they asked for me by my maiden name....it was REALLY weird

its ERC and they do not purchase debt....company higher them to collect there debt. and if you want them to stop calling you all you have to do is answer and tell them to stop calling

It's a collection agency.  Within the last year, they must have purchased a list of unpaid bills from AT&T and Sprint and now call constantly.  Good thing I'm getting rid of my home phone!

I got a call on my cell from this number. Don't know how they got my number, the only person that knows my number is my wife.
