Call from Kevin Clarkson regarding mortgage loan.  I have received this message multiple times and call back to try to get them to stop.  No one ever answers, then it auto hangs up after about 30 rings.  They are calling my company phone that is on the Do Not Call Registry and it's getting old.

Kelly Called me to.  Calling to say that he can save my house from going into foreclosure.  The funny thing is that this idiot doesn't know that I already lost my home about 6 months ago........WHAT A MORON!!!  Anyhow, having a home is overrated and if the only thing these ex-loan offier vultures can do is try and make money off of the problem they got you into, then it's going to be a looooong recession.  Time to go back to work for the DMV KELLY!!!

pretends to have information concerning morgage i do not have, threaten  foreclosure if you do not refinance througt them, agents are rude and
hang-up on you when you ask to be added to do not call list, never gives
name of company, will not tell you if you ask once you talk to a supervisor

I too get these messages on my biz line and have actually reached someone two times.  I say - very politely - please take me off your list, I don't have a mortgage and he says "Be cool no need to yell" or something to that effect and when I said I'm being cool he hangs up on me.

So, I call back get the same guy and say "good morning please take me off your call list I don't have a mortgage" he says "well, goody for you and hangs up".

How do we get this ridiculousness to stop?

12/15/08 I received a call from Kevin Clarkson from the "Loan Modification Department."  He stated that he reviewed our file and stated that we qualify for a loan modification, reduced payments with out refinancing or completing any paperwork.  This number rings to a company called service connect that asks if the caller is late on a mortgage or credit card payments.  Our home is 100% paid in full.............what ever happened to the do not call list?

It's total BS.
I have never had a mortgage in my life and am renting 2 rooms in a friend's house-- since I moved in there a year ago I have gotten multiple calls from this Kevin Clarkson guy.

It's got to be another hyena scam designed to skin yet more $$ off the poor shlubs who are already looking at losing their house. I wonder if the FBI knows about this.

Call TollFreeMAX at 1877-8888-MAX(629) and complain about the abuses of their cliet 800-686-3209 (who by the way is not Kevin Clarkson). If enough people complain there is the possibility they will pull his plug.

A gentleman by the name of Kevin Clarkson left me a message stating that he was from The Loan Modification Dept. He rambled on about assisting with my mortgage and lowering payments to avoid foreclosure. I also received a letter via regular mail 2 weeks ago stating the same info. How do I get this person or company to stop??? PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE!!! I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!

left us a message stating that we qualify for a loan modification, payment reduction and reduce payments.  I tried calling back the number is consistently busy.
