It is a scam. Unsolicted faxes are illegal. You should read the other blogs about these unsolicted faxes. The FCC has an online form for reporting these violations. Similar if not the same people operate out of New Jersey and move their phone lines daily to avoid being caught. I recommend filing a complaint to the FCC.

Received another unsolicited fax for affordable healthcare.

The FCC will do NOTHING!  They're too busy allowing right-wing monopolies to buy up all of the AM airwaves in spite of the wishes of the American people.  They could care less about enforcing the Junk Fax laws...

800-720-0825 has been doing this for years without any consequences....

They laugh when you ask them to take you off the list and give out fake addresses.

Received junk fax for "affordable health care". Filed complaint with FCC. That's really the best defense. Calling the "removal" number only confirms that you have a valid fax number which the fax broadcaster will use for a hundred more faxes with different numbers. They don't give out their address because the want to avoid a lawsuit. What they are doing is illegal and they know it.

I think this is the location of a Park.  Total unethical, lying scum-bags!!!  They know they're breaking the law and they don't care.

They are peddling affordable health insurance.

Called number.  Spoke to Linda - the part time receptionist.  She said that the company was Affinity Group Benefits with offices in Pennsylvania and San Diego CA.  I asked her for the address. She told me that I would have to hold so that she could get it.  After about 15 seconds, she told me that she could not give me the addresses of either office, but she said that I could send correspondence to her address (the call center?)and they would forward it to Affinity Group Benefits.  Her address at the call center was 937  Harvard Dr, Building A, San Diego CA 92664.

She also said they have a website "AGBAI.org".

I then told her that I had called 2 other times to have my fax number removed but they continue to send junk faxes. I told her that I was reporting the company to the FTC and was going to send a demand letter specifying damages if they continue to send junk faxes.  She took my fax number and promised to stop sending the faxes.

Is there anyone out there that believes that these junk faxes will stop?  If yes, then I have so me ocean front land in New Mexico that I would like to sell you!!

Our fax number is listed on the government "DO NOT CALL" list for unwanted solicitation by a company trying to sell something we did not request.
Fine them and give us part of the fine for wasting ink and paper.

I am filing a FCC Form 1088 for Junk Faxes.
The company that answered the 800# is Association Health.  They hung up on me so I tried again.  The line mysteriously didn't work the second time.

Rec'd a junk fax from "HealthCare You Can Afford" with a supposed call back number of 800-720-0825. I called the number and it's dead.

Their fax removal line is 866-370-4572, which is more like a pacifier, so that they can harvest and send even more crap out.
