Received a call from this number at 9:03 PM.  The caller ID shows, "Energy Check Up".  Didn't answer it.  However, they have previously called us.  We are receiving several calls from ""800 Service" numbers in addition to this number.  Unfortunately, I think our only option is going to be changing our phone number.  These calls seem to be increasing, even though we don't answer them or speak to anyone.

Got another one, too, this morning at 9:10AM.  Did not answer.  I don't think they'll give up.  I have to get the newer Panasonic model to block more calls.

Got another one this morning! Called it back and a lady said hello this is Tela direct and I just hung up!

Thanks, Mike.  I've started to keep a phone log of the calls I have blocked with the date and even number of times, on the same day, if applicable.  I know it's a waste of time, but somewhat interesting if you like trends.  Maybe, one day, we'll be able to permanently stop these calls (I can dream).

I got the same call at 8:31 this morning and it sounded like a foreign lady. My answering machine picked up and she said HELLO 4 times and then hung up!

Received a call, from this number, before 9AM today (8:47, to be exact), a big no-no, in my book.  I didn't answer and there was no message left.  Does anyone know the source?  Of course, caller ID display was "Unavailable".
