They call and ask if you are (your name), then they hang up. This is something to do with a collection agency, but the number comes up on caller ID as "Help Group"

Have no idea who it is.

I get 4-6 calls per day.  I just purchased the iPhone 4 at Verizon and they informed me that they can't yet block these spam calls (technology not there yet).

They call my number six times a day - it's my business line.  I have picked up three times and asked them to stop calling.  It's a pain.

Had the same expereince that many of you have had.  Woman with heavy Indian accent assured me that she won't call me again after I screamed at her (this was after having talked with her twice already in one day asking to be removed from her list).  I seriously doubt that she's removed me from the list, though.  I verified that my numbers are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, and filed a complaint.  We'll see what happens next.

I get at least a dozen calls from this number at my business every day.  I have tried talking to them (yelling at them) and my phone number is on the government do not call list.  I don't know what to do because I don't know the name or nature of the business behind the phone number and can't write to them or take legal action.  Does anyone know what the business is called?

I have been called on my business line three to four times a day.  Each time they present themselves
as an internet green pages.  I have told them each time they call to take my number off their list.
One lady argued with me, that they had something I would be very interested in.  Since this is my business number and I receive calls from 800 numbers regularly this has become very frustrating.

If you call back two or three times you find out it is a telephone sex service. I have been getting two calls per day around 8am PST for the last three days.

Called 10 times in two days.  Caller hangs up when I answer the phone.

They called me again. A woman named "Amanda" was interested in "confirming the directory information" petaining to my phone number. May years ago the number had been in the phone book under the name of a small business I owned, and she named the business to me. She said she was in Boca Raton, but I was unable to get a name for her company from her. I am of the impression that her company isn't directly involved marketing sexy girl voices, but that maybe that advertisement comes from someone who pays the owners of phone numbers who don't take inbound calls to advertise the sexy girls phone number to inbound callers. So if you try the number again and her the sexy girls pitch, it give you a phone number to call if you are interested in whatever they are selling.

Two calls to my phone this morning. I call back and get busy signals. Am trying to figure out how they got my number. Will post again if I come up with anything.

I have been receiving multiple calls from this number in the last two days. Once I spoke to a women (with a heavy Indian accent) but they wouldn't identify herself or the company she was calling and the connection was so bad I hung up. I also called back and got the sexy girls.

They call 3-4 times a day.  I answer the phone and they hang up.  Tried calling the number back to find out who it was - just got a prerecorded announcement about some "hot girls" talk line with another (not toll free number).
