This is the company that sells Elmo's Learning Adventure as well as other subscription based books.  They are HORRIBLE.  NEVER do business with these people!  They keep calling after being told to stop.  I cancelled the service a LONG time ago.  I've told them to stop calling.  I've been nice.  I've been rude.  They call.  I pity the poor souls trying to peddle their merchandise. I'm at 16 months since I cancelled their service.  I've submitted complaints to the DNC registry anyway since they've been told so many times NOT to call me; yet continue to call.  It's beginning to feel like harassment.

They keep calling finally had to block the number but they still keep calling

They called me 2/7/14; I was not home but my husband answered the call. "This is a courtesy call ..." He said I was not home and not interested. I have ordered from IMP (gardening cards) about 2 years ago and stopped my subscription. I do not owe them anything. I am on the do not call registry and I've asked them to not call me, but they continue to do so. It is aggravating. SIGH.

This is a constant niusance....it must stop!!!

I have gotten as many as 4 calls in a day from this number for as many as 3 days in one week. I usually don't answer, but decided to pick up the past two times. They asked for me by name and I just told them they had the wrong number. That hasn't stopped them from calling again. Several times. They usually call while I'm working, so it's very frustrating and I wish they would stop.

I read the other postings here. I have never business with Wildlife cards.  Shows up as "toll free" which I don't ever answer.

You can keep unsolicited packages and do not have to pay anything, I always do.

Very annoying.  Almost as if the person on the line is getting credit if you answer the call.

I also received recipe cards from IMP and cancelled last year,however, it took two attempts to do so. I have been receiving calls from same number several  times a week for the last three months.

Caller hung up part way through the answering machine's out going message.  

I also receive these calls all the time. I have never ordered from them and would not . I have put this toll free number into my "Do Not Call " list many, many times but it does not see to help !  They called yesterday two times !  I have been told to start listening to the call but hit the # number on the phone many times in a row and it is supposed to throw the robo calling off for awhile.  Don;t know if this is really true but I still do it, hopefully it will stop the next person from receiving a call for a little while.

Thank you for letting us know its IMP...that makes more since to me. I ordered their recipe collection cards. I had to cancel due to not wanting to collect them anymore. I do not have a balance with them & was a loyal customer for just over a year. After reading some of the comments, I suspect they are calling to get me to sign up again. The calls 3 times a day on my cell(which I have no idea how they got it) gets annoying & they never leave a message. If they want to contact me, I gave my email & not my number. I have not received an email from them at this time. I used to receive emails from them for my bill when I was receiving my recipe collection. I think they are just wanting to get me back to subscribing again. I used to think it was a great company until now. They are violating a lot of people with their annoying phone calls just to get us to come back(or some cases pay a bill). I was a satisfied customer until now. I will never order from them again. Caller calls constantly....I never return these "toll free" numbers, but I received one this am, refused to answer, they as usual left no message and then immediately got a call from 800-800-817-0549 so I suspect they are using two or more different numbers and  back to backing them hoping you will pick up on the second time.

Its like call and hang up. Irritating really just calls long enough for my phone to register it and hangs up. Wtf!

Received a call from this number....no one there....what's up?

this number has been calling 6 or 7 times a day. I don't answer 800 numbers. I can't find out who it is.  I called back once & got a disjointed recording .

This is day after day,   early morn to late night .    I want this STOPPED!     It does BOTH my cell phone and home phone.

I hang up on this number all the time. They call every day.

This is International Master's Publishing (IMP).  If you answer, they promise you they will remove your number from their calling list and place you on their DO NOT CALL list (even if you are already on the National DO NOT CALL List,  they call you anyway.)  Then they will call you once a week every week, never removing you from their calling list and never checking the National DO NOT CALL List. We have been dealing with this for over a year! They are just plain annoying.  They do not seem to be any type of collection agency, just annoying telemarketers for magazines who do not follow the law.  I guess if they aren't in the USA they do not have to follow the USA regulations, even when they are employed by an American company.

Review of Wildlife Explorer Cards : Do not purchase these until the company discontinues the practice of sending unsolicited phone calls on a daily basis. They call my cell phone daily.  I was a good paying, timely costumer. We enjoyed their product but discontinued it, as customers are allowed to do.  But, if I knew what I know now, I would avoid them like the plague.   There is no way to remedy the situation except to avoid their phone calls, which sometimes come as late as 9 p.m.

Wildlife explorer Cards.... do not purchase these . The company management must be horrible in that they allow telemarketers to call your home after you have discontinued services.  It is very dishonorable and makes all of the investment in the Cards a complete waste.  Be very careful before you purchase anything from Wild Life Explorer Cards or Wildlife Explorer Cards.  Their number is 800-949-8412. They call constantly.  I never pick up. 3 times a day, at least for over 2 months.

Be very careful...this company is IMP, Wildlife Explorer cards.  My daughter wanted them and we ordered them. They were enjoyable...and we were all paid up. So we cancelled it after 6 months.  Almost half a year later I started to receive these unsolicited phone calls at least 3 times a day.  Be very careful with WILDLIFE explorer cards. The company is international publishing.  I also signed on today to my account to perhaps delete my account information. However, if you no longer have an open order with them there is absolutely no way to delete your account information from their website. This to me is FRAUD and very misleading. Be very careful.  So annoyed with their company and lack of ethics.

These people call constantly....everytime my phone voice says Toll Free...I can almost guarantee it is them....so very annoying.  I won't pick up these calls, but they do make me stop what I'm doing and listen and look....I really hate these people who do this and violate the DO NOT CALL registry.  They do not read out anything but "Toll Free" and I'm not calling back.

Well, now I know who they are and why they call....I do not owe them squat and want nothing to do with them.  I have caller ID and never answer "tole free" calls, but they do get annoying, I wish there was a way to stop these pushy, rude people...do they really think someone is going to be interested in any solicitation coming over the phone anymore?  Good grief.

Ahhh after reading these now i understand. Why do they hang up when i answer tho? I used to get the Wildlife Explorer stuff for my son, but then his grandmother gifted him the whole set (just a coincidence she was collecting it too) so i discontinued a few months back. Balance owed to them is zero so maybe they are wanting me to return as a customer.

The above number keeps calling my cell phone and I don't know who they are. I have asked them to take me off their list but so far they keep calling. I want this to stop.

Dear Satisfied Customer of IMP - I was a satisfied customer once as well.  Then I decided I had enough wildlife cards and wanted to cancel.  First, the "customer service" rep. did not want to take no for an answer even when I said it several times until I finally had to hang up on her.  I sent an e-mail and complained about the pushy customer service and asked to cancel my subscription and not be contacted again.  My account was and is paid in full.  I was assured I would not be contacted again.  That was two years ago and I have not only been contacted over and over and over again, but I have also received unsolicited items in the mail (which I just mark as refused and leave in the mailbox for the postman to pick up and return).  

I just thought I'd let you know that you should  not assume people are behind on payments just because this company is harassing them!

Have received several calls from this number but have not answered any.  They do not leave a message.  I have done business with this company in the past and was not satisfied with them, because when they start sending DVD's to you, they do not give you a total of how may DVDs are in their offer and they are very expensive.
