been getting this bull s*** call every 2 days? i have cussed them out and they still continue to call? why am i paying for unlimited if i cant use it! IDIOTS!!

I got a call from.them today saying i.violated the terms i agreed to..um okay..buying a phone and applying  aservice card wasnt the problem its whwn you watch a video that is longer than 4 minutes 59 seconds its "streaming" and thats where we violate..funnu my phone locked and in left back pocket violates there terms...its a crock

I got a call from this number as well yesterday.I figured it was not legit as everyone TracFone needs to contact me. They do by text message.Also my husband bought me a full years service wdhich includes unlimited talk, data and text.my service end date is in march of 2014. I have that in one of my text  messages that they sent me.Also when I first got the TracFone it said nothing in any of the paragraphs about going over usage with  service plans.

They called me and I called back and went through the questionare! Whats going to happen??? I called Straight Talk and they said nothing would happen but they could be just saying that to shut me up... has anyone gone through the consequences? I'm super nervous and can't believe I fell for something so stupid!

I got a call from this number yesterday on my straight talk phone, but i never answer a call if i don't know who it is. They left a voicemail saying that i'm using too much data and that it's affecting their service. They also said that if i don't stop, they're going to cut off my service. I figured this was a scam.

Ive been harassed by this number for the past week.
They have left me several voicemails yet all I catch is your phone service will be terminate, then the call ends.

Def not a scam. It IS Straighttalk. They are throttling or cutting off your "UNLIMITED" data at 1.5g

This is real, and if you don't change your data usage after relieving this call you are in danger of being slowed to a crawl or cut off completely from phone data.

I've gotten 3 phone calls from this number , I just hang up .. I believed it at first but why would I go out of my way to call anyone ? Don't try and scam me. thanks everyone for reporting it as a scam!

I just got a call from this number today, i called it back to see if it was a telemarketer, usually it says if u wanna be on do not call list press this number.  It was saying we see in our records u went over your data. I hardly use my web browser and only play a game app on my phone from time to time. I called straight talk and a guy answered (couldnt hardly make out what he was saying) claiming it might be a mistake that we call you and said i havent went over data.

I just got a call from 800 989 1506 i didn't answer it but they left a voice msg. saying i was in volation of my contract b/c i was over my data limit and they were going to shut my service off but it was obviously a scam b/c straighttalk has no contracts no plans pay as u go. so wtf r these jack***es calling straighttalk customers and saying this crap? Who should i call to make this stop? Help they didn't even leave a name or nothing it was a automated call at that

Yeaaah i just got a call from the number. Had no idea who it was and i was in class. I was thinking of returning a call to the number but first wanted to know who was calling my number... yeah thanks guys. saved me from having to put up with bs. Anyone know how the f*** they get peoples numbers?

I got call two times today.  I answered cause i dealing with issues that i could get 800 numbers to call me.  It was garbled.  I not sure if important called the number back.  I hope that was not a mistake?  It was clear to hear then and they told me same thing about TOS and using too much etc.  Wanted me to press 1 for if i was private individual, 2 if business, 3 if both... i hung up.  The machine called me back again i let go to voice mail same garbled call.  I am wondering if they just want you to call them and they got your number and cand mess u up?  If not good to know its a scam.

I have had this number call me once and left a message so i called it back and went through the automated questionaire of how i used my service and got the message about abnormal usage the first time i believed it and limited my apps and monitored my data usage. I know this time that I haven't went over my data I've used less this last month then I have in the two years I've had straighttalk and I've always had a smartphone with constant data usage. They just tried calling me again so I answered but had my phone on mute and after 30 seconds they dropped the call... glad to know its just a scam

I've received a couple of calls from this number, but no voicemail messages. I don't answer my phone if I don't know who's calling me, and now that I know that in this case and have it in my phone under Straight TTalk Scam, I'll be that much more sure not to answer when they call. I've had other scammers call me and give up when it finally dawned on them I wasn't going to answer my phone, and I know it'll be the same with these jerks.

Just revived this call after I had to reactivate my phone cause my card didn't go through when I went to refill it. How do they even get your number?

Just got a call from these guys today. Recording was garbling garbage, the only thing I understood said I violated my TOS and my account could be terminated. I called straight talk directly and they said I had no flags on my account, meaning I didn't (to their knowledge) violate the TOS. They said it was a scam and to please ignore any future calls from that number.

Just received a call from this number. Did not answer because it was a 1 800 number. Could not understand the recording at all. If I continue to receive calls from this number what should I do?

I am Also tired person receiving this call and this is the second time in maybe one or two months and now I had saved it just incase they call back again!! I was going to by me another IPhone but after reading this web site about how other people are complaining for just about the same thing then I will join in with you guys because I going to find a way if continuing on using my iPhone including using the Internet on this phone and won't let them or anybody else stop me for this kind of threat!!!
