Despite a Cease & Desist email being sent, I received another call from Abigail Goldman at 804.451.5606 around 7am.  Clearly outside of legal call times.  I called her back and reminded her of my Cease & Desist email and that she was calling outside of legal call times, and she promptly hung up on me.  The voicemail from this morning was the same bull as last week's call saying I bounced checks for student loan payments.  I do not now, nor have I ever had a student loan.

Complaints have now been filed with the FTC and Virginia's Attorney General.  This is the same company as the Florida company; they apparently use several different area codes from which to call.

Who is this company?  Said they are calling about a bad check (I don't write checks).  Called my father and told him they were looking for me for writing a bad check for a student loan (don't have any student loans).
