I have twice gotten calls from this number with no one on the line, as well.

I've been getting calls from this number.  I don't pick it up because it's not a familiar number, hoping the person would leave a message, but no messages.

It was a busy signal when I tried to call back.

They've called me twice, claiming to be ID Watchdog.com.  I told them once to put me on their do not call list.  The second time before I could even say it they hung up.  It has to be a scam of some sort.

Stop Calling me and if you call againe I will contact my attorney. Please cancel everything if anything in my name or number. Thank you Carroll Garner

this number calls multiple times a day when i call back it says the number is disconnected. I get a couple of numbers doing this. is there anyone i can call to get this to stop?????

I also got a call from this # I *69 the call to get the # it came up as this one. I called it back and they said it was disconnected WTF!? How can someone be using a disconnected # By the way no one responded to me when I answered the original call. Is there anyone I can complain too??

This Number Usually calls Me 2-3 times a day for the past month now.
Rings a few times then hangs up. Call back and it's either a busy
signal or Dissconnected. Strange thing when I pick up it won't hang up...

There dumb fks call me all day long on the hour harassing me. I just can't take it anymore. I don't know how to make it stop. They keep calling our house 2 and 3 times a day and I don't ever answer it but when my answering machine picks up they hang up. I tried calling back and the number has been disconnected.

I didn't answer because was working but tried to call back ...they left no voicemail,and the second time they called and I tried calling back I got a message stating the number had been disconnected.

This number is used by ID Watchdog. They want to sell their services to you. Their comouter system is not good and when you answer many times it doesn't transfer you like it is supposed to. Then it hangs up which is what causes it to seem like the phone rings and nobody is there.

I answered after they called several times and asked them to remove me because I already have a service like this. They said they would remove my number, but it will take a while. They also said that if you DO NOT answer, their system will eventually remove you. EVENTUALLY being the key word.
