I had this number call me on Monday June 22, 2009.  Asking about if I am unhappy with my health insurance.  Recorded voice then prompts me if I want to talk to a real person wait on the line or press 2 to be removed from the call list.  I pressed two and was told that all operators are busy right now and to write a letter to have my number removed....

I found this # on my new cell phone. Phone indicated that a voice mail was left.  I never answer unknown #'s. Report this to the National Registry : DoNotCall.com to complain.  Congress is to blame for letting these companies to access our phones !

This guy got my cell number by posting a fake CraigsList job ad.

Received a called on my cell phone on Monday, 7/20/2009 @11:21 AM from this number.  I didn't answer, so the message I received asked if I am unhappy with my health insurance, it goes on to say the Health Care rates are cheaper now.  Deleted the message, not sure if there was a call back number or not.  

Most likely got my cell phone number from Monster.Com or Employ Florida.

I receive calls from this number all the time. I think it is great those of you who took the time (and money) to figure it out. I am glad to know for my own curiousity, but will also report it.

Called my cell on Saturday afternoon,left no vm
Called my husband's cell on Tuesday 7:30pm,left no vm

I want to know how to file a complaint to the "Do not call registery" or whatever its called? Can anyone help?

It is an annoying recording selling health care insurance.  They call repeatidly.  SPAM

I've got a call yesterday afternoon 07/19/2009 at 16:23 EDT. Caller ID registered 813-319-9176. The pre-recorded message pertained to health insurance. I called back the number but to no avail. Today, 07/20/2009 I've got another call at 18:58 EDT with the same pre-recorded message but NO caller ID and a prompt to press 2 for more information; after doing so I got disconnected. I've been on the FCC do not call list too. This is getting ridiculous so I will take the time to report this activity to the FCC. I also Googled this matter and found similar complaints elsewhere (for example:   http://phoneowner.info/Number.aspx/8133199176  ). These folks may change their number(s) but we should all contact the FCC to keep the pressure on.

Sunday afternoon call to my cell phone.   I am on the do not call list.  I did not contact them or make any inquiries for any information.  I filed a complaint.

I hung up as soon as I realized it was a recorded sales pitch.  My cell phone is on a pay-as-you-go plan ($1.00 per day on days used plus $0.10 per minute), so simply answering the call cost me $1.10.  My phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, so I filed a complaint.

I also filed a complaint against 813-319-9176.
Perhaps they think they are above the law.

Caller did not identify himself but claimed to be State Licensed insurance agent. He offered to respond to messages left "after the beep" but that was not possible since sale pitch kept repeating.

Idiot.  I have 2 cell phones w/ similar numbers.  They were both called w/ the same robo message about health insurance.

I tried to report it via http://nocall.ky.gov/faq.aspx since I live in KY and they are "not available" for whatever reasons. So they offer the option to now submit it again (after filling out the information already) via .pdf or call. Everything is work for the consumer and nothing is done by those whose job it is to assist. Same complaint as those above, called more than once, Pressing 2 to get them to stop is pointless and ignoring them also pointless. Congress is probably to blame, they only care about what affects them - not us. Will filling out this information do any good?

Who ever it is - I think what they are trying to do is run up cell phone time.
I think it is a automated line that just dials cell phone numbers at randum.
It could be a way to add numbers to certain call lists. Re: (male, female, english, spanish., etc.)
