I also received the same call today from an Eden Harris with Justified Mediation/Legal Services at 813-413-1306 who said fraudulent charges would be filed if I didnt call her back.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! A COMPANY CALLED "JUSTIFIED MEDIATIONS" (NOT A REAL COMPANY, NO RECORDS ONLINE OR BY TELEPHONE OPERATOR).  THEY CLAIM YOU HAVE A DEBT WITH A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY AND THEY THREATEN AND HARASS YOU BY SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO ISSUE A FELONY WARRANT FOR CHECK FRAUD FOR YOUR ARREST IF YOU DON'T PAY!!!!! YOU CAN NOT BE ARRESTED FOR ANY DEBTS SUCH AS THIS. THE NUMBERS THEY CALL FROM ARE TYPICALLY AREA CODE (813). SEVERAL POST ONLINE OF PEOPLE FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, STATE, ETC... IF THEY CALL YOU, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE TRADE COMMISSION AND YOUR STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT THE NUMBER THEY CALLED FROM IS 813-413-1306 813-661-1684. AGAIN DON"T GIVE OUT ANY C.C. INFO. OR BANK INFO. THE FBI NEEDS TO CATCH THESE CRIMINALS AND ISSUE A FELONY WARRANT FOR THEIR ARREST! THE NUMBER THEY CALLED FROM IS 813-600-4051, BUT THEY CALL PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT UNTRACEABLE NUMBERS, SO THEY DON'T GET CAUGHT.

This place also called me while I was at work. And demanded that I pay them almost $600 for an outstanding debt. If I ended the call or did not pay them within the next hour I was going to be arrested and spend a mandatory 90 days in jail. I did give them my debit card # to withdraw the funds 2 days later but as soon as I hung up the phone it hit me that it was a scam so I called my state attorney generals office and the federal trade commission and filed formal complaints and called my bank and canceled my debit card.

A lady by the name of "Leslie Holme" called me @ 8:30 this morning. I ignored when I saw the call was from a FL #.  She left a vm saying that a formal complaint had been filed against my mother in the state of VA and that they have not recv'd a response in regards to the 10 day notice that was sent to the address on file.  Maybe my mother isn't aware of the allegations she is facing.

I truly believe this is a scam as they left too much info on my vm.  What if they had the wrong #?  They just volunteered all this info to a stranger.  This isn't the 1st time I have recv'd these calls and it's very annoying for them to continuously call me when she doesn't live w/ me.

I got a call from this number. The lady said her name was Leslie and she was calling in reference to my exhusband, who lives in Arkansas. She said that there was a warrent being issued for his arrest for check fraud. When I asked her what company it was she said that it was processing center that processes the arrest warrents before sending them back to the sheriffs dept. Another thing that was odd was that they called for me on my mother's cell phone. Think this is a scam. Thankfully I did not give them any information.

These fake people called my grandmothers house and me told me on the phone I did a money fraud and that I was going to be arrested outstanding warrant out for me I went to my local police station in New England trip state area and they too told me this is a scam never pick up or talk to these fake fraud guys stay away thanks

This number called me, I knew it was a scam said they were from JMX, I hung up. She called back and left a message saying I needed to have my attorney call them immediately, and good luck with what was about to happen.  These people are just trying to get money for nothing,

Someone from this number left a message on my phone asking me to inform my sister that there was a formal complaint against her in her state.

Got a call from a different number but same company today. Number used was 813-489-5986. Spoke with someone by the name of Chuck Wilson, he informed me that If I didn't pay a check written to Ace check cashing from over five years ago a felony warrant would be issued for my arrest. He was not able to give me the corporate phone number for Ace in order to validate the issue or any other information other then to transfer me to there restitution office in Buffalo New York, when I asked for their number, it wasn't given. I have contacted the local sheriff's department in my state as well as the FCC. DO NOT give them any money if they can not give you the number of someone other then them to speak to on this issue.

This person called my work threaten my coworker, saying they will arrest me and my coworker if they get
Involved. Ask to speak to my supervisor . I don't know these people
They didnt want to leave where they calling from... This is a scam

The person/people on the other end of the line claims they are "Justified Mediation", and demanded I pay them over $750, almost $800 immediately in order to prevent being arrest on a felony check fraud.  I asked where this was from and the date. They claim it was from over 6 years ago, and did not have the location whatsoever. When I asked for the corporate phone number of the company I supposedly owe so I can get more information, they refused, saying they are the only authorized party to deal with this, yet they refused to send me anything in writing, including via fax. The man also called relatives and said they will have me arrested today on felony charges if they didnt pay the full amount. I have no idea what this is regarding, I know this is a scam. The company name does not exist on business searches out of Florida.
