I just got a call from this number and they're not getting a penny out of me! I pay BIG TAXES to support law inforcement and I believe they are all overpaid. BTW ... I see this as a scam and I am also on the No Call List. Don't waste my time.

Received a call from this number and was told they were calling for the Illinois Council of Police. I kept questioning them and they wanted $25, then $15 and wanted to send a pledge letter by mail. They kept saying "don't you want to help our police officers" and I told them I would help locally with someone I knew. THen I asked for their name again so I could check them out and they hung up. I called the number back and it was a recording about being put on the no-call list which I did. After googling Illinois Council of Police I saw all the information about this scam through telemarketing.
