Hi this is a scam company. Look them up on yelp!!! They take unauthorized payments from your account and they also take several hundred dollars from your account each year stating they are for pens and paper also for there time finding you the cheapest rates, but other company's do that for free. they are also rude. I just started a lawsuit against them for the unauthorized transactions.

All the gray matter must have seeped out of these idiots empty heads long ago or something. They don't seem to get it that they always call asking for someone we never heard of and that none of us did any online insurance quotes ... especially with them!!!

I already have auto insurance WITH someone else and am quite satisfied with them... and will never switch to another 'company' such as these moron's.  If I ever were to do anything along those lines ... I'd do my research first, find the best agents and then sign up with them myself. Don't need any a-holes such as these trying to get me oin their list and certainly not by the method they seem to employ!!!

Once again these a-holes called my number today! This time with the  818-572-0220 number.
And once again asking for this deceased Richard Langford who I'm sure could not have done anything online with them (re: quotes) as he died in March 2009 (16 months before I has this number) and I'm sure his family disconnected his service once he was admitted in to the hospital a few months before (see my last post for his obit, above) ... that's almost 2 years before I had it.  And he also had to have been about 79 or 80 then too. Probably not computer/online savvy enough to have gone on line to find out any quotes about auto insurance and I'm sure his family would have handled all his matters at that time top!!!

I know that he once had the number I now have because after it was assigned to me I was receiving calls a few times a day for a while up until I finally had it (repeatedly telling the idiots that continued asking for him that he no longer has this number and check their phone directory, update their phone databases and get in touch with his family and see what his new number happened to be) and did an online search under his name, found the obit (in above post), checked further and sure enough discovered he had the same number once that I now have.  But I highly doubt he at all in any way had any business with Axis/Sunrise Plaza Insurance in Sourhern CA. He was obviously way too old three plus years ago and long gone by the time these idiots started calling me or even once 2012 began!

And once again these a-holes are getting a disconnected number message, and they will continue getting that same message EVERY RIME THEY TRY!!!  Just goes to show how totally lame and stupid these scammers really are. Who knows, maybe they love hearing the SIT tone and have fallen in love with the voice announcing that the number they sailed is disconnected!!! What idiots!

Idiots left a meassage on VM after this number got forwarded to my blaccklist on the service I used (they recieved a disconnected number message, but still left FIVE voice mail messages - all prett much different numbers. Most were foreign sounding and did NOT sound like anyone who would have any real working knowledge of how to pitch auto or any insrance. Only one left sounded like they were U.S. born and intelligent enough to). They all asked for a Richard, some times giving a last name... Langford!

um I used to have insurance with them, they saved me alot of money.  I liked Adam, thought he was smart and thorough, sorry you don't like him.  Only had good experience with Sunset Plaza.

bogus insurance company pretending to call someone else named "ronny" to get me to buy insurance. i said "no ronny here" and they tried to tell me to wait on the phone while they take me off the list which is a bunch of bull crap. i hung up and they called me back MORE THAN 6 TIMES!!! immediately afterwards i got REPEATED calls from over 4 OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES. i think they trace your number and give it out to others! DO NOT ANSWER AT ANY COST!

my advise is if you get this number on your phone, go to your settings in whatever phone company service you have (ATT, VERIZON, ETC)  and put them under your block list. thats what i did and haven't heard from those losers since.

I just got called by these people about 15 times just today and i live in Ohio. I think you all got off easy.

sunset plaza insurance is annoying. they keep calling me and i dont even have a car or a house or a boat. i told the guy to take me off his list and so then like 3 other people called me with this same exact number. I dont understand cuz they know my name but i dont even own a car at all and only had a car like 4 years ago for a year and havent had it since. its really annoying because this is the second day in a row they keep calling me.

i saved a lotta money with this guy named cris on thursday. but he didn't seem to have a lot of experience anyway he was nice, too slow but he made up for it by being pretty real and not projecting too much used carsalesman stuff at me.. he just made it about the insurance and savings - but then some other guy had to finish the job and had more of that used car salesman voice. i hope cris doesnt sound like a used car salesman when he gets the hang of it like the other guy. well... i guess nothin is perfect. i saved money, actually i save a lot of money so im happy but i really dont like that i call and its hard to get through. also 3 other people called me after i already got my insurance with cris and the guy with the accent. oh well... i guess a business has to start somehow i looked it up and its new. i dont think cris is going to send me a post card lol. i did call him back with a question... took 2 tries to get him but i got him... cris had to ask someone the answer, apologized and said he was new on the computer system etc but he was really nice and honest... soooo ya, now i come and i find this so i called and checked and the insurance company he appointed me with did insure me and everything was legit, i did get coverage, and i did save money... but they're a bit of a headache in the process. hope this helps people

These people called from this number 7 times in the matter of 5 minutes. Desperate much? The message they leave is a different insurance agent every single time, and they think I have an Audi? Well dont I wish... Seriously If i dont pick up the first time, Okay call back once... but not 6 times! Ugh

Have been harassed by calls from a Valerie for over a week saying that we spoke and that I requested info for insurance for a 2010 Cadillac. NEVER contacted this company by phone or online, nor do I have a Cadillac. Called the company and got some guy who said he'd take me off a list and then he hung up...so much for do not call!

He called and said "is this Alex" and I said "no" and he asked who i was and a said that if he was calling me then he should know. He said "well I don't have your account in front of me". So I said "well I don't want your insurance" and hung up. He called back and said my name and I told him never to call mr again.

They have called several times from different numbers insisting I have requested an insurance quote which is completely false.

they  are not axis insurance  the  are called SUNSET PLAZA INSURANCE which is a brokrage firm representing ove 100 different insurance co. if you are called numerous time is because you went on line filled some form to get insurance qoute by some other co that sells this info  to alot of  insurance  co ,so you may get called from one or  more  co. it is a new way people do business some get lucky and get someone with good communication skill on the phone and get thing done fast and some  get agrevated ,however people in natural state are good .

i  would look at  some facts  before slandering them ,because i had nothing but help from them and i just do not see how anyone creat judgement so fast without anything fatual. just because they called does not make them not ligit or despirt it means they are agressive  in thier marketing themself sure is irritating but a lot of co they dont even call you to let you know that policy is  canceled or is up for renewal
