these people call me all the time i laugh at them bc they think they can pull my credit which is frozen lol its funny they threatin me and i laugh at them me and my friends from work call and call and call them back all the time they finally get mad and block every number in our work place pluse all of the cell number we call from lol its funny just keep calling them back and they get mad try it promise it will work

getting calls for 4 months sayong they were representing bayer company wants 350 dollars for court fees put on a green dot card and the next day my funds would be put on that card 71 thousand dollars

I have blocked them each and every time from my personal cell phone; however, the FTC will not let me file a complaint because I haven't been on the do not call registry for more than 31 days.
He is extremely rude and unyielding to the laws.  He sounds foreign with a lot of noise in the background, and barely speaks English in a manner that is understandable.
Any ideas on how to get this guy  caught and sent to jail where all of his calls will be recorded?

I usually don't answer phone calls from number I don't recognize or show as unlisted, private, or unknown caller.; but this person called me at least three times a day and at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays.  When I finally gave in and answered it turned out to be this guy from India (at least that was the accent).  I could barely understand what he was saying.  Needless to say I was very annoyed.  He went began asking me questions a out whether or not I was taking birth control pills, if so I could be entitled to money.  I asked him where he was calling from - he told me the American Medical Associates.  I am hoping that after this he never calls me again.

Annoying calls everyday multiple times.

I keep getting calls from this number 817-710-6240 and other numbers from a Ymax Communications in Houston Texas, as well as Fort Worth Texas. The person on the other end, has a very heavy Indian accent. Making it very difficult too understand what they are saying. I have told them repeatedly too stop calling me. I did not grant them permission too call me nor  did I provide them with my number. And of course if you try calling the number, a voice mail message pops on telling you too leave a message and than tells you that the mail box is full and can not receive any calls. This kind of harassment needs too end. I kept telling him i couldn't understand a thing he was saying  thru his thick accent. Too bad if he was offended by that. I didn't ask him too call me and if he continues too do so, I will become a lot more offensive. Enough is enough.

received a call and told the person to remove me from their list as I am registared on the do not call list and I hung up.  they called my phone back 3 time and I did not answer   they left a message saying I was not nice and they would give my phone number out to everyone and I would be receiving alot of unwanted calls

GOt a call from 1.817.710.624>  i couldn't understand and hung up on them.  They called back and called me and told me to go to hell and called me an a***ole, i told them the same and then they spoke profanity telling me there were 20 people working there and that was 40 fingers and they were all going into my p...sy as well as the big di**o they had there.  I want to press charges against them!!

I have repeatedly been harassed by the person(s) at this phone number claiming to be with some medical services and asking me the same question about birth control pills. I have asked then demanded my number to be removed and I have even blocked the numbers yet they get a different number and continue to call. What can I do? Is there any legal action that can be taken to prosecute?

I have received several calls from this number over the past couple weeks. A very foreign man asks for me by name. Then asks if I have ever used the contraceptive Yaz or Yazmin and a couple other names I can't remember. I usually end up hanging up on him. The last call I received, I told him I had been unable to have children since 1989 and have not used anything since then. That seemed to shut him up. He said, "Ok." "Thank you, and have a happy turkey day".

Hung up on me every time I answered, which was several times a week. Dumb if they are trying to collect money.

I have had several missed calls from this number so when I saw it just now I answered it. The man on the phone was speaking terrible English. Could hardly understand anything he was saying. He gave some bogus company name and said that he needed to find out information on my health and ask me medical questions. I told him that I would not be giving out any information and asked him to please remove me from his call list. He said he would not and that I needed to answer his questions. I told him no, asked him again to remove me from his call list and then he said again, no answer my questions or I will keep calling you and calling you every day. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he just repeated himself. I told him that I was going to report him as he said he would harass me. He hung up. This number has called a few times. They asked for me by name. When I threatened to take legal action, which usually gets them to hang up, he had the indecincy to say he was going to rape me... These people should be shut down immediately.

They called and asked if I wanted medical compensation for being pregnant.  I asked where the money was coming from and he kept avoiding the question.  Finally he said the money is coming from "Your a**.  Your f***ing a**."  Nice.  Thanks for the call, buddy.

I have rejected the first # on my cell and then they started using another #. I have now blocked that one as well. How do I get them to stop calling? They are very hard to understand...and i have told them to stop calling me...

Just had call from someone who barely spoke English..Heard a lot of noise in background and could not understand but a few words about someone in trouble.Told him didn't know what he was talking about and if he was trying to scam me he picked the wrong person..lol

Received a call from someone who couldn't speak very good English, saying that whoever they were trying to reach had a complaint filed against their name and social security number. Said if this person didn't call back within a couple of days, they would be arrested on Friday. Ridiculous scam
