IT IS A SCAM!

Could u have some one stop calling me from this number

They left a message at my parents house, that this was about a litigation will not go through, unless you get an okay from their attorney.  They called after 10 pm, which I thought businesses are not suppose to call.

The call came from Wayne Co. NC...Alican Dixon. When she called, she very rude, and threatening. The only thing wrong Alison...You have the wrong number!!!!   Oh Yea Alison, Good Luck too!...LOL

call received was private on caller id.. they left a message saying they to call back this number because they needed to deliver/serve me with papers. They threatened to file failed action of contact after the third attempt. When I asked who this debt / action was from he could not tell me just that they wanted money and my info

this number called me with a blocked number i did answer and i was told he was a rep for a debt co could not say who and that he needed my info to give me a summons to appear in court to call 844-255-9872 and speak to jessica

The phone number is 844-255-9872...

They are a scam and if you provide them detailed information who knows what they will use it for.  

They called me this morning regarding an account and told me that if I refuse to pay they are going to file court documentation and have me served and the police will be knocking at my door next week.  They also said that if I don't pay they are going to have me charged with theft.  I called back to get their name and information to provide to my attorney to take care of the matter, but they told me NO - they will not provide me the name and address of their litigation firm.  Guy's name was Mike Stone. They wanted me to provide information over the phone to take a payment for half the price because this matter is past due and beyond collections!

Completely fictitious!!!!!' fraudulent!! These people are scammers. A person claims their name is Alex Stevenson and he is trying to collect a debt. Then he states that he is going to reefer the debt to court. He never explains who the debt is with or which company he represents. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!

I got a recorded call looking for someone else. Called back to tell them they have the wrong number but I knew them. They stated they would not stop calling because my name was given to them. They told me that I needed to have the other person to call them back to get my name off of their list. I told them my lawyer would call instead. They also stated earlier that they were getting ready to go to court. I blocked them.

Called number and person states Alex Stevenson  - no company name.

Have called several times ...no message...will block

Received a voice mail. said this is last time they going to try and contact me to collect a payment before they file with court. This was the only time I've seen this number and first time they call. But it was a recorded message. I've searched on line and don't see a company name or attorney name to which this number belongs to
