Got a call about lowering my credit card interest

No one left a message

Got a call from this number. Recording tells me that it is urgent that I speak to them about my credit card account.  They don't mention which account or which care it might be.  

It's a scam in my opinion. If you listen through the spiel and take the option at the end, you are directed to someone who will try and set you up with a new credit card.

I've been getting these calls for several months now, even though I'm on the 'Do Not Call' list.
