Boy these guys are good, got me to over night a check to pay off a Wells Fargo balance, THEY DO NOT REPRESENT WELLS FARGO, they are a scam!!!

That checks gonna bounce sky high F***er!

They called my work and told me that I had to wire money to them. This is a scam that I reported to the consumer protection agency. Please report them so this does not happen to others! They looked at my credit report as portfolio solutions group in ranching cucamonga california. This company claims that they did not access these credit reports. They told me that they were empire preparation and filing butbwhen I called after hours the voicemail only said empire filing. Contact me at radkoffbb@gmail.com to talk.

I'm concerned about the contacting & practices from a company called Empire Filing LLC. I would like to know the legitimcy of this company. They also us another number 909-256-6216.

Seth Meyers also called me at work and told my supervisor that if I did not call back in two hours I would be served at work in front of my coworkers. The Number I was given to respond is 877-643-1250. When I called the number back it went sraight through to this individual not through reception. I was told the only way to pay this was if I gave my bank information, deposit funds in an account that he would provide the number for or on a prepaid credit card. The Account Mr. Meyers claims I owe on is from 2008. Not only did I not have credit cards at that time by choice, no bank (let alone Bank of America) would approve one due to my lack of credit.

You should have said: "Seth Meyers?  REALLY?"
(Of course, if he is Indian, he won't get it.)

I recieved this call today, his name was Seth Meyers. The original call came as restricted and they refeared me to this number. That is when I "met" Seth. I'm contacting my lawyer asap to see what can be done.

I recievd a private phone call on my cell phone (in my name) for my boyfriend (David). From a gentleman claiming to be with the Travis Couty Sheriff Department asking me if anyone 18 and over would be home to sever papers for david on monday. I asked him what was it about he couldnt answer me he said he didn't know. I asked him how he got this number he said thats what we have for david. I asked how did you get it he never answered me. he was asking me to write down a number and case number i told him i couldnt at the moment cause i was at the store. he said well ask a cashier or stop someone and ask for pen and paper. He was really pushy for me to get the number from him. The number he gave me was 855-209-7092 with case number 1319983(obvisouly fake). I asked him again what was the case about he said he didn't know. he said david had to call within 3 hours if he didnt they would proceed with out him in court. i told him i might not be in contact with david within 3hours . He told me if i care for him at all i would get the msg to him. (he didn't know my relation with david)well several mins after that david get a call from his co-worker saying another store location(he dont work for nor ever worked at) called for him saying a Randy Fuentes from the
Travis County Sheriff Department wanted to speak to david. Randy told to worker that if he didn't call (number above with case #) within 3 hours . They would get him fired and arrested. The employees found it strange so they gave out no information on David. We then proceed to contact the Travis County Sheriff Department asked them about Randy Fuentes they said no one worked there under that name. We told them the story and they said it sounds fake.We gave them the case number and Travis County said it was fake. We'll we continued to call the number above and they answered with "Corprate" we asked what company name he said Empire Billing then we lost the call so when we called back he gave the name Empire associate his name was Frank Vega. He kept pushing how we got the above number and whats the case number .we kept asking about the legitamacy of the company. He wouldnt really answer us. I then told him we were recording the conversaion and i asked him what his name was again and he didnt want to say. He said" i'm not giving you my name since your not giving me yours"and hung up.I called back and recorded the call if you are intersted in listening to it.  I looked up the name of the company on the internet there was nothing on that name . So i typed in the number only on the search engine and i got http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-855-209-7092.And to my suprise there were 2 other people within this month(march) who got simular phone calls from this company. Who knows how many other countless people are getting these phone calls . Call the police and news company i did.

Someone called with Process Servers named Jay Rodriguez, saying I am getting served papers, when I try calling no one answers and the number to call back is always different and the case number as well is always different

Fake company called Empire Financial or Empire Filing, LLC who say they will serve you papers @ your work unless you pay them the money you supposedly owe to cash net.
