I have gotten numerous calls from this number, stating they are turning my case over to the local court clerk and to call them back to settle claim at a lower cost than going to court???? They called at least 6 times starting last month with the exact same woman's voice and message.  Says they have checked into my credit and history and that I do not have any claims as this one and are willing to work a settlement out and if I still can not pay what they are asking, they will go back to the creditor and see if they can lower the claim.

First let me say, Cash Yes is an illegal internet payday loan company.  Look up Cash yes and see how many hits you get.  Payday loans over the internet are illegal depending on the state you live in.  Call your states attorney.  These payday loan companies are in other countries and once you have paid the principal amount of the loan, they can't sue you for anything.  Not to mention, most are not licensed to operate in the US let alone obtain any state licensing.  Send them a letter tell them to stop calling and stop harrassing, there isn't anything they can do to you.... Report them to the department of financial services in your state.

I also got a call from Mr. Ross on Nov 13 2012 i thought this was a scam also. I owed a cash jar loan i figured they couldnt do anything and i wasnt going to pay it back then last friday i received a summions to appear in court for the check and for not paying them back. I realize some of these companies are scams but cms is real and they sued me for the cash jar loan so just beware there not all scams so if your no sure if they are for real do your homework call the loan company and make sure the company owns the debt then i would advised taking care of it because they can sure you you i know first hand

SCAM company...  If you call and get their voice mail, get a whistle and blow into it so they get a howling ear shattering...  Oh, block your phone number so they don't who called them...  Bet you they'll get a laugh like we all do when they call us to spam call us...  Try it once and have a chuckle because paybacks a b_tch...  No better way to get back at them from not only yourself, but for others....  It'll rattle them senseless...  )

Rcg,   it's not just Cell phones getting these calls,  it's all phones.  Tell that guy that he can do his own leg work and that you and your kids are busy getting on with your lives.

I too received a phone call from a Joseph Ross at the above phone #. He too said that I was listed as a relative of my exhusband on loan paperwork from July 27,2012 from Cash Yes payday loans. He gave me a case # & that they were taking him to court with 1 count of Theft by deception & 1 count of writing fraudulant checks. He even gave me a Check #!  He had a lot of information about my ex. I told him that I wasn't a relative & gave him no information. He said that if I can take down the info & give it to my sons to forward this information. He never asked if I wanted to pay it or for any numbers. My ex does have a long list of bouncing checks & borrowing money, so it didn't surprise me. My son is the one who told me about cell phone scam going around.

Mr. Ross called me 12-12-12 regarding collection on a pay day loan that already was turned over to another company. (Front Line Recovery Group). I was making payments to that company and then i was not able to get through to the telephone numbers they used. The number was no longer in service. Mr. Ross said this came to his office as a no pay. He knew a lot of my information including the original creditor and the original bank the loan was issued through and my email address.

I gave him my cc information as I had wanted to settle this account but he called two days later and i missed his call. First he called from another number (855) 211-0466 which i could not get through either number to return his call. I received the recording that my call did not go through.

A Mr. Ross called and left a message looking for someone else regarding bad checks.  Said name of company as CMS.  Left his phone number.

Mr Ross calls telling me that "cash yes" a pay day loan service deposited over eight hundred dollars into a TD bank account somewhere in central florida and he is looking for me to make repayment on the loan.  My first objection to him was that I never owned a TD bank account in florida nor did i recieve any monies in question.  He refered to my social security number, drivers license and house address.  Now he even has my cell phone number which i never gave him.  I have called CashYes and they suppposedly have records of me requesting a loan, yet my job listed on file and references were none that I ever knew of.   Moreover he tells me that charges will be filed in my county court where i live in florida and now im being told im responsible for insufficient funds as well as not paying back said loan.. TD bank has looked into this issue and sees no record of account number or any amount being deposited in my name with the account number and routing number he gave me.  Now I am recieving calls from a female from the same number saying this issue is being sent to the courts of my county if i do not respond immediately

Mr Joseph Ross also call my work stating that he is from Kern County Clerks Office.  I returned the call, call went to voicemail.  I feel this is a SCAM.

Got a call from this number. Some calls are recordings stating if you press 8 you can get directed to MR. ROSS. I pressed 8 and nothing happens. I called the number back and I get Mr. Ross's voicemail everytime . He calls my work and cell phone number everyday. I left him a message to no longer call me. I believe this is a SCAM. They first called saying it is regarding an HSBC card and then called saying it was for a Citi bank card. He also left a message saying he was going to file a law suit with the county clerks office. BRING IT ON !!
