I received several calls at work staying I would be served with papers and my home address was needed as well. I've notified my employer security at corporate in reference to these calls. I hope the lonely unemployeed person doing this is caught.

Called and left threats "This information is intended for xxx claim # is xxx.  This is Doug Daniels contacting you regarding an order that was submitted in my office this morning. I need to verify an address to present you with the documentation outlining the allegations filed against you either at you home or place of employment.  At this time it is your legal obligation to contact the arbitration office so that they may document a detailed affadavid in regards to your position regarding these allegations.   They can be reached at 855-234-0672. you have been officially notified. Good luck.
When I called to get an address for this company Mr. Callahan (yeah right) refused to give me the information. I ask to speak to his supervisor and he said "No".  Well, I am sure afraid now!  hahhahahaha!

Called my cell said they were preparing to serve me at my home place if work or any other where HE could be found If I wanted to take care of this before then I could call this number it came in as a blocked call and they I was told I was officially served and notified you can't do that over the phone and you sure can't do that on voice mail that doesn't say who the phone even belongs to.  Lol. What idiots bring it on butt head
