I got a call from this number also.  The guy "couldn't understand his name on the message" said he was going to come to my residence or place of employment to serve me papers either today or tomorrow, and then told me to call 855-253-0842.  I am tired of these calls but have learned to just ignore them the best I can.  I learned the hard way with these scammers.  About 4 years ago I had taken out a couple of pay day loans, and that doesn't make me a loser for doing so.  I paid them back or so I thought until about 1 1/2 years ago I started receiving these phone calls.  When these people started calling they were very threatening and even though I paid these loans back they made me unsure if I did.  So like an idiot I paid these people over the phone the amount they wanted and I thought that was the end of it.  Boy was I wrong.  After that I started getting a bunch of phone calls from all these companies threatening me saying if I didn't pay them I was going to be arrested for check fraud and so on.  What made it even worse was them calling my family that didn't even live in the same state as me saying they were going to get into trouble too if I didn't pay.  So needless to say I had payments from like 5 or 6 companies coming off my bank card every time I got paid.  I ended up paying at least a couple thousand dollars to these scammers. I finally talked to a friend about this and they told me to talk to a lawyer so I did.  He pretty much called me stupid, not in those exact words but I am glad he did, for giving companies my card number over the phone without any documentation of any debt owed.  He looked into the companies for me and found out they were all scam artists.  He told me that the next time one of them called to ask them to send me a copy of the debt owed and if they did and it was legit to tell them I would send them a check or money order.  Surprise, surprise they said they could not send me anything and they only take payments through a credit card of some type.  I immediately stopped payments from all the ones still coming out of my account and got a different bank card.  I still get these phone calls and ignore most of them.  Some I call back and tell them to send me documentation and when they say they can't I tell them that I know they are scam artists and they are not getting any money from me.  I hope this helps someone out there.  And before i get any comments on how I should take care of my obligations, I do and I did.  I thought maybe I didn't pay one back completely by accident and then got caught in the scare tactics they used and that is why I paid so much money to so many of them.

I received a call this morning at work from this lady so called Ms Blackwater, she said she was calling from prince georges county courier which is FAKE, she said she wanted to make an appt to come out serve me some papers, so i am listening to her, and i am saying ok, so she said i should have gotten a letter in the mail about this so when i told her i didnt get a letter, she said oh well you need to call 855-253-0842 ref to a case number, i have gotten many calls from these people and each time the call they either say they are going to serve papers, (WHAT SERVERS WOULD CALL YOU IN ADVANCE DEAD GIVE AWAY), they will call with different loan companies and I know its them, it is one of my life goals to bring them to justice, everyone please keep really good logs who called what co they say owe phone numbers names the name of their, I am becoming a private investigator, and somehow i am going to catch some of them, and have them locked up, where they should be in jail.

I received a call from this number saying that they were Investigator Blackwell and need me to sign off on paperwork and they ended the call saying that I have been notified.  They need to stop calling me.

They have called my job and cell from unknown number leaving messages they were going to arrest me at my job. Several have called and left different case numbers. I want them to stop calling my job.

I received a call from Beverly Crawford that said she was with the maricopa countys office said I had to respond back to her this would be the last call or filings would take place she made it a point to say maricopa county office. I called the number after 5pm and it went to filing division local jurisdication of what it did not say. they call me on my home number because I blocked the number from my cell phone which i will also do for home

Poses as the local court house and says they are going to deliver a summons.  Local court house knows nothing about it.

I got a call today and the phone number on my caller id when i googled it was from the county courthouse so i answered. The man "Bill Carpenter" told me he was with the *** county clerks office and that a judgement had been placed against me at 10:30 am this morning and a writ of execution had been issued. becuase of this i needed to meet with a sherrif within the next 24 - 48 hours so that he could dertermine if i had anything of value to be seized in order to satisfy the judgement. i asked a lot of questions and he told me that cash net usa had sued me for a principle amount of $400, been awarded a judgement of $1200 and were going after attorney and court costs that would total between $4k and $5k. i got nervouse because several years a go, one og my brothers used my information to benefit himself and cause me some probems, i thought this might be rearing its head again. I asked him 3 times if he was with the *** county clerks office and he said, yes you saw the number on the caller id. I explained that since i spent many years in finance i knew that you can make your phone number appear as any number that you want and that he sounded a lot like a collector. he cgave me 2 number to call after i asked - 1- the *** courts office and 855-253-0842, the "payment procesing center" he told me that to help me out he was going to tell me about a loophole. that if i got transferred to the payment processing center and paid them the principal amount, the judge would sign off on it before he left his chambers and that i wouldnt have to meet with the sherrif. i called the *** court office and they told me it was a scam and there had been no judgement against me

Received a call this morning to my work phone and the person identified themself as an investigator and needed to speak with a supervisor.  Transferred call to my supervisor and they wanted to know the policy to serve me papers.  Supervisor told them they could meet me in the parking lot, if I would agree.  The investigator immediately began to studder...  I asked what this was in regards to and she did not know, and said I need to call 855-253-0842.  Called the number and recived a message about a filing division.  Tried to call the investigator back on the phone number that came up on my called ID (local number) and it the call would not go thru.  Who ever you are.... if you are going to call and threaten people, make sure you have all the facts.  I have been directed to forward any more of these calls to sercurity, action is now being taking!!!!

I dont agree with the tactics of bill collectors especially my colleagues but its a simple game of Cat and mouse people and the word scam gets thrown around a lot but I can tell you from working in collections that if collection agencies wanted to scam people they wouldn't have to call you. The amount of personal information I have on any one consumer is so much that I could take on the lives of some of you. SSN, DOB, bank, cars, house, criminal and civil records, family member names and so on and so on. You know how that info is attained? from you that's who. When you are applying and receiving credit and cash there is very little preoccupation with reading contracts learning laws or understanding the contract or the interest rates or if the company promising you the funds is a scam...Only time its a scam with you people is when you get called out on what you owe. Its all about your own personal insecurity and the crumbling of or the reality of the facade of your own life and in typical American fashion its point the finger everywhere but yourself. Debt collectors are not involved in the lives of people until well after delinquency. So what is the excuse you have for not paying it in the first place????? Exactly. My caller ID showed this person was calling from the Tarrant County Court but this is the main switchboard number and they said calls aren't made from that number so I suspect they are spoofing the number to scare people.  I was told I was being served, which you don't receive notice of, tomorrow.  Then they gave me this number 855-253-0842 to call and talk to the filing party about the situation.  I looked up all court records to see if a suit had been filed but there was nothing.  These people are getting really tricky!
