Time Warner cable - if you only have cable and/or internet, they want to save you a bunch of money by adding their phone service. I had it for 8 months...it went down more often than a 50 cent hooker!

I got the same information when I called. But I happened to go to the actual office to pay a bill one time and asked the lady who was helping me and she gave me a better deal. She wasn't in it for the commission, so it didn't bother her to lower my bill for the exact same service.

I use OTA (over the air) HD digital television from my local television station. My family and I made the decision years ago to get away from paying to watch commercials and have a real family home life. My Kids are grown now with kids and all of us have never regretted it. We receive 33 digital local channels when we want to watch something and a front porch and neighbors when we don't.
