I myself have received these messages in the past and I personally have heard of people being taken to court in reference to a civil problem for these.  Im not saying thats the case with this company however I do not believe its a scam. The tactics may not be accurate but when I got the call it was in regards to an account that i IN FACT DID OPEN AND IN FACT STILL OWED. I set up a good settlement and got a letter showing what  was due and when it will be taken out of my account. When the time came the exact amount went through and I got a paid letter through my email. My assumption is that anyone who claims this is a scam is just making excuses to NOT pay their bills. (pathetic) And then people wonder why these types of companies use these methods. I dont know really weather or not this is legit but if you know for a fact you opened the loan then simply pay it back and move on. My credit has sky rocketed because I took care of all the payday loans I had out there. Now I can buy the house Ive been wanting

These people just called me from a blocked number saying that i was going to be taken to court and legal action will be taken if i didn't pay back a $600 loan i took out in january, this is just absurd and doesn't sound right why would they take me to court over $600 they said i was writing illegal checks over state lines and bunch of other b***s*** that did not make sense they called me and gave me the name stanley lock from dept of legal services phone number 855 401 4564 and if i dont respong within 48 hours court papers are being filed and being sent to my local sheriff's office.

They are liars and scam artist do not give them a dime get everything in writing. they can not use scare tactics to get you to pay its ILLEGAL

I have no idea who this person is.  They called threatening legal action and said that I must call them immediately.  They called me at work and left an urgent voice mail.  I have received nothing from them in writing. They didn't identify the company that they worked with.  I have no idea who this is!

Got a call saying g something about an old bank account but when I look up number nothing is found..sounds lime a scam!!! Beware!!!!

take them to court you wont be the first one there is a lot of lawsuits out against them check google....

I have had them call several times and the most used excuse is a payment was unfortunately returned to my local bank. I can get my statement on record before they pursue legal action. They don't identify themselves (one did - Mr. Clark. I'm sure that's real...), their organization or give any specifics that they actually know who I even am. Totally sick of the weekly calls & threats of legal action. Give me a break!

They are a third party debt collector using scare tactics to collect on a debt. They are illegally telling third parties your business and it is illegal, record all calls and use it against them. They are a DEBT collector, they do not have license or bonds to even sue in your state. They will not serve you, they will just bug the crap out of you and that is all. DO NOT GIVE THEM your information they will take you to the cleaners

this number called my nephew and said that a creditor filed a compliant against me in the state i used to live in.  They said i gave his number as reference.  Who are these people?  How do they get numbers of our relatives?  Would'nt say name of business or what creditor.

Got a call from this number today while in a meeting. I went to check the voicemail and the person/recording started before my greeting was done. So when the messge started playing it was already in the middle of them talking. I have no idea what they are calling about because all I can get from the message is this phone number.

Audubon Financial third party debt collector they use shady tactics to get you to pay. DO NOT GIVE them any of your information get everything in writing, chances are they are not even able to collect in your state.
