I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER INFORMING ME THAT I HAVE BEEN SERVED, NOT ONLY IS THIS MAN CALLING ME BUT ALSO MY FAMILY MEMBERS, HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS HARASSING PHONE CALLS?

I got a call from this number to only i did not now they are a fraud they threatened me breach of contract and told me if i did not pay them 85 dollars they would serve me. so i was scared and paid the 85 dollars . now i find this out how do i get my money back

He's not a debt collector. He's a fraud. You can NOT be served anything over the phone...except for BS!
Ignore him or block his calls.

Got a call on my cell from some gut saying he was serving me over the phone. Didnt even know who he was talking to just gave me someones last digits of there social security number which wasnt mine. BILL COLLECTOR? Another number was 708-390-0645
