This Internation number is on my Cell Phone Bill as Voice Mail Retrieval and I was charged for calling it. Some how my Voice Mail started calling another number.  My phone is automatically set up to just dial my VM when I hit the button. It normally would just call my phone #. I called this number from a Land Line and it is the Jack in the Box Survey service??????
