I got a call from Raymond Hill at 225-319-5616.  He told me to call 855-843--8050 and give them case #121569-9179 or I would be served Friday 6/6 by 5 pm.   He called my husband and mother-in-law today.  My husband told me to call it back.  I called the number 225-843-8050 back and asked for Raymond Hill.  I was told he was in the legal department. Mr. Shapiro (who answered the phone) said he was with Nixon & Powell. It was concerning a payday loan with SGQ Processing.  Supposedly concerning check fraud or ACH payments that were returned in 2012 because that checking account was closed. He said if I make payment arrangements he could stop the serving of papers within the hour.  If someone comes to the door with papers I was to tell them arrangements have been made with Mr. Shapiro.  He knew my address and the last 4 of my social.  I did have a loan with SGQ once and that checking account is closed.  What should I do?  Is this legitimate?  I did pay it off I believe.  I stupidly gave my banking info for fear of being served.

This guy Raymond Hill is calling me from 614-232-6323 and says he has papers to deliver to me. I am waiting and still no one is coming. This is a Scam and I am going to report it to Florida Agriculture and Consumer Services. I would suggest any one getting a call from this man do the same in whatever state you live in.

This guy Raymond Hill is harassing my wife telling her she owes money. We have no clue who this is.

Keep getting calls from Raymond Hill.Asks for me by name and tells me that I need to receive/sign some documents by a certain point in time.Tell me it involves so and so(the name of someone i have never heard of) and that I need to call them back.Gives me a case #. I call back and get a answering machine that says I have reached Nixon and Powell or Hixon and powell. Google them.Nothing comes back. Talk to someone and give them case # and tell them I have never heard of this other person.They say to just disregard it.Then I ask who they are and what they are.Would not give me an answer.Just a dont worry about it type answer.Sketchy.Appears to be a pattern here.

Hi my name is chad and this guy Raymond keeps calling me telling me I owe 850 for a pay day! Then the next day they call for my dad with the same stuff so im filing a report today...

They keep harassing me at work about a "supposed" pay-day loan that my husband allegedly took out.  Same thing two years ago and we filed a police report and sent them a copy.  Now they are back again, ugh!

They called my brother in a different state, telling his wife that I owe them money and there's a lawsuit against me, and that I had listed his number as a reference. First of all, I don't even know what my brother's phone number is!!! And if this company were really legit, they would know that it's illegal for them to discuss a debt and/or any impending lawsuit with anyone but me or my attorney. COMPLETELY FAKE!!! They buy customer information from other sources, then threaten you into sending them money. Perhaps the fact that my brother is a police officer might get them to ease up a bit...TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do not engage with them - once they know they have a live person, they'll never let it go!
