These people are scam artists!  They have been harassing myself and my family members for months on debt that is 7 years old and was already paid.  They are part of the old ACMG group that was shut down and being investigated by the FTC.  The owners of ACMG gave some office members money to start their own offices and the FTC are on the hunt for these new boiler rooms that they are still operating.  DO NOT give them money!  They will never and have never taken anyone to court.  They use bullying tactics and threats to steal money from people and break so many FDCA laws it's unbelievable.  They often change addresses and 800 #'s to avoid detection by the FTC and should be reported!

Ashly green - wants me to call back as my brother as a important case filed against him and that I need to call her back.
This is like the fourth time in a month that they keep trying - they have also call my dads house and asked the same question and given a different case number -  but always using WI

My mom gets a call on here phone to have me call a Mark Thompson at the number I googled which brought me here to leave this message.  He said there was a complaint filed against me and that I better call him back and get an attorney.  So my mom whom I haven't lived with for 20 or more years are trying to figure out what this could be until I googled .  They knew my info and my moms!!!!!  CRAZY

Just received a phone call from a female named Megan - called ID showed "unknown" so I didn't pick up.  She left me a voicemail and said that it involved a complaint and that I needed to call "the firm" at 855-872-6999 and reference the file number she mentioned.  After reading all the other notes logged against this number, I didn't even bother.  Now I know what the deal is.   Wonder if they got their info from the Target Stores security breach ????

So glad I'm reading all of these posts. They called and left a message with this number and reference number, the same thing they did to most everyone on here. I was getting nervous for a second but now I know it's a scam.

I got the phone call today, they said that they are trying to serve papers to my daughter and needed someone 18 years or older to accept the papers on her behalf. They gave ridiculous hours, like Tuesday thru Thursday between 2 - 4 pm, and that we had only two hours to respond or they would be forced to go forward. I asked what it was about, they said that the papers were sealed and they were hired only to deliver the papers.

I got a call similar to this about a month ago. The person was not of English speaking descent, and she maid it a point to say that the call had originated from Philadelphia PA, I don't think so. She started asking me to verify my information, I told her that wasn't going to happen unless she told me who she was and what this was in regards too. She said she wasn't authorized to give out that information until I verified who I was. I said that's not going to happen, and she basically threatened me that they would have to proceed legally because I was being uncooperative. Scam!

Called the fire dept Im on. Spoke with my Chief whos also a deputy sheriff.  Said they had a court case against when asked for the official court doc number apparently he wasnt sure of what it was.....what a joke.  Its your typical collection agency with empty threats. Id love to be served real papers but that wont ever happen. Do not give them any info credit card numbers etc....they have no authority.  Scammers

They called my place of employment. Luckily I was busy and couldn't come to the phone. This is rediculous.

Its called extortion scam! And try googling you name online. Google your phone number! Any place like Spokeo that shows up, make them removed that information! Got FB? Make sure its set on private so scammers can't access your info!

Received a phone call from an UNKNOWN number with messaged left stating "IF you would like to call back with questions or concerns regarding a complaint against you call 1855-872-6999.." and also, to reference a FILE number (who wouldn't call back?). Spoke with a man named "Michael" in the "legal department" of this agency called the KELLER GROUP that handles CIVIL CLAIMS. The first thing he instructs me to is look at page three of my papers that have been served, which of course has been the case with all of us, I have not been served any papers! He stated that it should have already been filed with the County in which I live in and that it's regarding a "DE-FRAUD OF PAYMENT FROM AN IKEA CREDIT CARD FROM GE MONEY BANK" which I never have had nor applied for in my life! He stated that it's been on my credit report and that payments have been made since 2003! After telling Michael that I've never had an IKEA credit card with GE Money Bank. He also stated that "PAPERS WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOU TO APPEAR IN COURT AND THAT WE'VE VERIFIED YOUR EMPLOYMENT AND WILL START GARNISHING YOUR WAGES BASED ON THE BALANCE DUE PLUS 11 YEARS OF INTEREST AND THAT IT'S IN MY BEST INTEREST TO START PAYING THE COURT BACK." He had my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, he verified my address to which papers were supposedly sent to and he verified my employment- which were all CORRECT. How do these people get our information!?

I immediately check my credit report and there is NOTHING on my credit report on what he was talking about. I don't understand how they have our detailed personal information and have the right to threaten you and inform you that you've supposedly have been SUED and will be having your wages garnished.

Can anyone tell me how they are getting our phone numbers??? Theyre calling my sisters house, my moms house.... this is crazy!! A lady named tanya jimenez from mckeller group called stated i have a judgement against me from a credit card company. I feel really uneasy about this! What to do????

Some scam says there is a complaint against me. No identity given just some 855 number.  Scam all the way.

Pretty much the same, received a call from an unknown # (no phone # displayed, name read "unknown") so I let it go to voicemail.  The message left was from a man identifing himself as Lee Tyler, said he was calling for his "client" regarding upcoming litigation and it was important I call the "firm" back at 855-872-6999 and left a file # for me to reference.  He ended the call with "good luck" instead of goodbye.  He didn't mention any company names.  I have no intention of calling back.

Got a call from an Private/Blocked number from a lady, who took my name and said, I need to be served legal papers. She is calling to confirm my mailing address.

She gave me a Fake Case number and said I should call 1-855-872-6999 for more information.
I asked where she is calling from. Her answer: Nationwide Processing.

No cases, in my name exist in my resident state. This is a scam. Beware.

Same as all the above. Woman called, claims to have legal docs that she needs to serve me. When i asked what they were and from whom, she couldnt tell me because the envelope was sealed. When i asked how could she not know, she stated, im like the middle man. Law offices hire us to serve legal docs to people. This is the 2nd attempt in trying to reach you and if we arent able to contact you or get these papers to to you (because you have to sign for it) they are going to make a judgment without you and i dont want to see that happen. HERE I AM RACKING MY BRAIN WONDERING WHAT THIS COULD THIS BE ABOUT! Then i read all these identical posts. How do they get our phone numbers and names????

Just received a call from an unknown number asking me to call 855-872-6999 with a reference number. I called and spoke to someone I could barely understand. They started asking me for information. I stopped them and said they should have all of this info. They said they needed to verify. I asked them to read it to me and I will tell them if it's correct. They hung up. SCAM ALERT!!!

I got a call from an unavailable number and they left a message. Was told to call 1-855-872-6999 regarding a complaint. When I called back I was put on hold and was disconnected. Called back and asked who they were and he refused to tell me. SCAM

Received message & advised to call this # back regarding complaint.  when I called back was again told it was in regard to some complaint & was placed on hold for with "litigation".  After brief hold, was disconnected. A definite scam.

Got a call from a women saying there was a complaint against me and that they had been trying to serve papers and hadn't been able to catch me at home. When I ask what this was about Annie Lewis said that the papers were sealed that if I had questions to call this 855-872-6999.  Oh and they called me at work.  Told them I would be around the following day at the times she specified and of course no papers.  Called my work again and couldn't get my name right so colleagues got rid of her, I wasn't there at that time.

Some woman, (couldn't understand name), called re: complaint.  Called them back.  This is a scam to get information.

Caller left message concerning a complaint against me.  Will not answer.  I believe this is BS
