I just got a call from this # also.  My call was from a Melanie Barnes.  She actually wasn't quite sure when she left her message because she kept breaking up her sentences.  But the just of this is what she calls some legal matter.  what legal matter she didnt say.  I have had several different people call me saying I'm about to get served. Seem to me this is some scam.  AND if it is some check writing scam...can't be for me I have an account that i do not have checks on.  I've had this account for I dont know how long & I have not written a check in yrs.

You are being charged with fraudulent use of a check (never wrote any check) against a financial institution. You will be served papers at your job or home if you don't call us back immediately at 855-877-0932. I wish you luck moving forward in this matter
Caller was named Melanie.

A Mallisa left a message saying her along with police will come to my job, home or anywhere associated with my name and there is a law suit with a suppose to be document number. But she doesn't say what company she is calling from and her threats are unlawful. The number comes up unavailable but since I have number lookup when she leaves a message it shows this 855-877-0932 number and partial web address of unknown@gvn....its not government they don't call and threaten to have police show up and there web address would be .gov....so whoever this person is they are breaking the law with threats and harassment.

Called my cell phone as restricted ask to leave a message for me. Trying to be a big bad bully with her comments. I ask her several times for her name and she started stuttering about the third time I ask her for her name again. I just laughed and said ok I will give her the message. She said Regina has only two hours to responsed or else. I in return said or else what and she hung up. JERKS!!!

They called again today. Threating they have a summons for a suite. If you dont make yourself available they will further prosecute. Her name is Melissa something. Claims to be from an attorney office, but does not leave a firm name. Gives a case number, when called District Court it is not a case number from them

These people are  fraudulen, wouldn't even call them a company.. Please don't give them any personal info they will try & take your money if u don't give them what they ask for threatening to come to your work don't fall for the aggressive responses!!

they have been calling my cousin telling him that I'm about to get served if I don't call them back and pay them.or even get arrested. The Lady is Cynthia Bailey and she also wishes me Good Luck..
