If they are calling you on your cellphone just create a new profile in your address book call crap and add their phone numbers to that profile. When it's full create crap2, crap3, crap etc. next time they will call at least you will know it's a crap call and you won't have to worry about where it's coming from.

and if you thing the do not call list will make you any good you are more stupid than i thought and you totally deserved those annoying calls. Scammers are light years ahead of that list using all kind of fake rerouted numbers...

They said they were a web developer.  I am guessing they are based in India.

858-244-0310 - they have called me from this number and others. On my house line and my business line, including my toll free number (which is not free for me!) I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling and today they called me 3 times. Reporting them has done no good.

These guys call me constantly. I now I just hang up when they call.  They want to make me a new website.

omg! They called me twice this week. I did ask how they got my number but didn't answer me. Could hardly understand the guy. Coincidently I'm really looking for some design work done such as web modification and product label design. So I even gave them my email address. In two days, I received two calls from two different guys and an email from a different name. They quoted me $800 for complete web design and $180 for product label design. I was really thinking about giving them the job on Monday, but thank god I'm doing my due diligence now. Thank you!

got a phone call just now and this person had a thick accent i could not even understand a thing !!!  and he was asking for me !!! how that heck they got my cell number !!!!!!!!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE WANTS AND DON'T NEED IT !

Web development company call center in India. Leaves message referring me to another number 858-244-0310. The called from another number and I try to add the 904-513-2258 (call center) to my blocking app and it won't show up in the call log, tried adding it to my address book and assigning a "no ringtone" to it and the ringtone option is gone/missing, finally I assign it to go straight to VM instead. Finally manually input the number into my call blocking app. Not sure how they did that (i'm going to figure it out though) but I think a DDOS attack on the call center is in order and the development company as well (hint, hint).

Best part, "We" are a print/web dev company, "we" respect the purchasing public, and "we" have a 98% retention rate because we don't bother people or our clients with unwanted crap!

Same BS as above - immediately heard the accent and figured it was sales call - hung up - entered 858-244-0310 in Google and found this site - glad I did!!

This guy named Frank called our company twice after I told him I couldn't understand him and I didn't want him to call back.  He said he was calling from India

The company that tried to scam you is not connected to this people here.  But the caller DID try to SCAM you, I am certain of that!

Good call in NOT doing anything with them!

I received a call today ON MY CELL phone which has a DO NOT CALL restriction on it!  Yes, it was from 858-244-0310 which I received at 12:51 pm Central US time. This time the caller was female, spoke such poor English and mumbled her words so badly I couldn't make out what she was saying... other than "the lady on the other end said she was "calling from Brazil. Do you do business with?"

This was ALL I could make out of the conversation.  I told her that her phone was all garbled.  She continued trying to talk to me re-stating the same thing over and over.

I'm sure it was supposed to be a SCAM of some sort...  I will be reporting this to the FCC due to it being a flagrant violation of the DNC code.

The caller never identified herself. the company she works for, or spoke anything clear enough to understand her even if I KNEW what she was talking about.

I just got off the phone with two of their marketing people. Neither could answer my questions regarding your web design process. The first caller --- who contacted me --- could understand no English. I terminated the call and called their USA number. I got Jason. He couldn't answer my questions regarding U.S. Federal Web Accessibility Standards --- he didn't know what I was talking about although he assured me that they could design a site to my specifications. He couldn't answer my questions. I asked for a supervisor --- Management was "out" of the office. And "Jason" refused to let me speak with their web designers.

I also ran a web accessibility check and found that their home page has 14 web accessibility errors. He didn't respond to my question about how he could assure me that his company could develop my website in accordance with U.S. law if their COMPANY WEBSITE did not comply with those laws. He wouldn't answer that then started arguing with me. I finally terminated the call. Jason called me back asking why I hung up. I told him I didn't want to do business with his company because he couldn't/wouldn't answer my questions.  I terminated the call again. He called me back and started berating me. I terminated the call. He called back asking me why I hung up on him. I told him I didn't want to do business with his company and I didn't have time for him. I hung up again. He called back to inform me that his company didn't want my business.

I will be posting everywhere (my website, Facebook, Manta, LinkedIn, etc.) information about this call so that people know what kind of crappy company you are.

I got a call from 858-244-0310 about web design and seo for my business. I paid amount and they designed me a beautiful website with flash and 8 static page. Again last 5 months they are doing promoting my website in SEO process which tremendous one. I got huge traffic and leads for my business. The call from Eimpressive turn my business from 5% to 85% leads. Thank you Eimpressive! Great Service.

Received voicemail from 858-244-0310 just mentioning to call back.  Didnt mention the reason for calling.  As long there is no reason indicated for calling, we are not returning their call.  

Again, if you are leaving a voicemail, you should make sure that you leave the reason for your call.

company is E Impressive(dot com) and uses telemarketers from India that will call several times per week despite being asked to stop calling and be placed on their do not call list. Also see ripoffreport.com and other complaints about this company. Contact FCC.gov to file a complaint if you receive never ending telemarketing calls from them, we did.

Couldn't make it out too well over the thick accent but I think I heard "pressive" somewhere, same thing as other posters.  Our site is simply brochureware, no need for a redesign.
