the same guy (James Brown) called me several times today I don't owe any cash advance place so asked him for a copy of the paper work and he refused to send me anything on it.He started yelling at me and cussing.

These guys are a Indian group that is scamming people. I had a pay day loan with a company and paid it off. They been calling me stating I owe them money. I contacted this pay day loan company who said I was clear and that this was an Indian group scamming people. You will get several calls claiming they have the paperwork that you owe them money. These calls will come from different numbers from around the country. There is a script stating you owe money and your attorney needs to call them. One comment is if you don't respond they say I can wish you good luck. They claim they are going to get you to lose your job. Just tell them you've rerported them to the FBI< secret service<postal police and the FCC for fraud.   Don't worry. What ever you do don't pay.

I received a call at my business for a person that no longer works here. He kept saying he was with American Law office, and his name was James Brown. But he spoke with a strong accent. He said then give me to your HR department. Asked if someone else could help him, since he DID call a business. He said "NO, ma'am I have been kind to you, give me your HR number."  Then he got defensive. I hung up the phone. I will not be harassed for anothers call.

SCAMM CALL

These people have been calling my cell and called my job and left a detailed message that they were going to arrest me BUT I do not have a voice mail so they left it on someone else?s voice mail (and their voice has their name stating who?s voice mail it is!!!!)  I call to try and get a good number, name and address and they hung up on me more than once.

Well I just gave it right back to them... I told Gaberial I banked with the First Bank of Kiss My A**, my social security # was 666-66-6666. That I really believed I should go to jail so if he would kindly meet me with the Sherrif from our county that would be great. I gave him the Sherrif's name, address, and phone number. I explained to him that because of the Gov't Agency that I worked for - worked alongside LEA that there was a good chance that if he came on Tues. mornings around 9 a.m the Sherrif, the Chief of Police and the local Prosecutor would be in my office for our weekly meeting. It would be a good time for all of us to get together and work this "thing" out. He made another half hearted attempt, made a insinuation about praying for what was about to "befall" me. So then I decided since he wanted to pray... I asked him if anyone has ever talked to him about the word of the lord, and if he had a minute I would like to share with him my experience with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.... he hung up. LOL!!! Then I blocked the # from my cell.

The bottom line is that they have your info from online  loan information you may have applied for. I have been getting calls for the last month. I have heard from 5 different people from Gary Jones to Jay Warner..(common names) funny thing is they never answer you questions and the English is broken and of a different decent... I also got different offices like BCI and American Law Investigation.... AND I got called on the same day... THIS is all a scam... they won't answer questions and the will get an attitude if you do... Just ask then to provide info in writing (despite whatever comeback they have). Never give them anything they ask for... or just say have a good day and hang up.

I received a call on my cell phone from a so call attorney Kevin Thomas. He told me that I was being sued. I told him I don 't owe anyone.  He didn't tell me what this was regarding. He hung up on me and they called my employer and wouldn't give them any information either. They did have the last four numbers of my SSN. How do they know my information?

1st it would be easier to deal with them if you could understand the fkers.  I asked for one to spell his name and he said he did not know how.  The continue to call me at work after I told them not to.  They are rude and are at the point of harrasing.  What can be done?

These people called me about my "friend" and said that she used my name as a on-line reference and that she was going to be investigated and to call back in 7 days and I did today and the fker told me that I was going to be sued, but then I said "you said it was about a friend of mine" he goes "oh sorry, yeah and if you dont get intouch with her we will sue you" and the fker hung up on me. Stupid a-hole!!!

Yes, i finally called back and annoyed the crap out of these people.  I talked to the gabriel cannoy as well.  First, he threatened to "come have sex with me".  Then i continued to talk to him and he said he would delete my info from his system if i emailed him pictures of my self.  i told him i would and he gave me my address. i of course did NOT send anything to this email.  but i did put the email address into facebook and found out his real name.  when i said his name and where he was from he started cursing and screaming at me and talking to some other guy in a different language.  i again told him that i would make a deal and said that i would delete his info if he deleted mine and i never heard from him again.  i told him the first phone call i get from them i will be taking his name and all info to my local police and fbi.  he then continued to call me a "f***ing B****"  and hung up on me.  oh well.  serves them right.  so i guess we will see if i get more phone calls.

the guy says his name is gabriel cannoy, that they are collecting from a payday loan i got online. i have already paid the loan so i called the loan company directly and they said that their system had been hacked and a fraud company got alot of peoples information. do not give these people money. they will ask for your bank info, a copy of your drivers liscense, and they want an appology letter written to the lawyer in their office because you made them call you. i contacted my lawyer and b/c they cant provide verification of debt it is illegal for them to call you like that. tell them you are represented by legal council and they will stop calling.

I receive these phone calls all the time.  This morning they called 4 times before 9 am on a Saturday.  I finally picked it up and they told me the were sending someone to my house to arrest me on charges they could not tell me.  I am soo sick of these phone calls.  They call my phone non stop all day long every day.  They usually end up hanging up on me because I refuse to give them information.  They have left my social security number on my voicemail and my employer's name.  I have no idea how they got my information.  Did any of you actually apply for these online loans.  Or are they getting our info some other way.  It has gotten to the point that I have to keep my phone on silent all the time because my phone just rings and rings and it is usually them.  It's driving me crazy!!

Report it immeadiatley to the FBI, your local police, call your state offices of Homeland Security and Secret Service. This attempted extortion, plain and simple.

The FBI and FTC are cracking down on these idiots. SOON, they will get their due.

They say that they are from American Law Offices.  They left a message on my VM at WORK with my SSN on it!  Who in the world can we contact?

These jerks have called my place of employment and my home several times stating there was a lawsuit pending against me due to an unpaid online loan.The one loan I did take out has been paid IN FULL.   I have not taken out any other online loans and these idiots have my SS number.  THE FACT THEY HAVE THIS INFORMATION CONCERNS ME.  I HAVE PLACED FRAUD ALERTS ON ALL MY ACCOUNTS.  I have also reported this to the three credit reporting bueraus who have also placed a fraud alert on my reports.  Why are they allowed to get away with this illegal activity.  Furthermore, the fact they can BUY or easily HACK into this very personal information should be a major concern for anyone using the internet!!!!

These people keep calling me saying we got an online loan, and we did not.  They said that when the loan company tried to collect, they received 6 NSF from out account.  All of this is not true, and they kept hanging up on me.  I don't know what to do about it.

They called my job today and I was busy with a customer. They left their name and number for me to call back.. When I called back they told me they were a law office and were suing me because  I supposidly got an online loan ,Which i didnt, and when i called my attorney and talked with him about he told me to call back and try to get all the information i could... so i called back and I told the guy I needed their address and he said you say you need my dick! I dont kno who these people are but they need to be caught and shut down.. They were very disrespectful and rude!!!!!

This number repeatedly calls my job saying they are charging me with a lawsuit. When my wife called back to see what they were talking about they were very rude and nasty to her and called her nasty names and repeatedly hung up the phone. They told her they were lawyers but their number doesn't come back as a law office.
