This number calls me 5 times a day.  It is always a hang up.  When I try to call it back I get a message saying this number is not in service.

Same exact situation.  They're from Hartford, Connecticut. Thats all I know.

I also get this about 4-6 times a day...sometimes like 10 minutes apart...VERY annoying..I think a Class Action case is in order...

I called the State Attorney General's Office and they said to call the FTC to file a complaint.They have actually been receiving the same calls there! The number is 1-877-382-4357. I don't know what good it will do, but you never know.

They have called at least 7 or 8 times today. Same thing; I answer, they hang up. I can't wait for someone to track this down. 860 is the area code for Hartford CT I believe.

I get the same calls. It disconnects as soon as I say hello. It's probably a collection agency computer... that needs repair. LOL

Seriously though, it's my cell phone minutes getting eaten up so I am going to report it to my state attorney general.
