This # calls every day,  I don't answer.

I get calls from this number all the time.  I finally answered the phone today and all I got was some heavy breathing and then they hung up!
My phone is on the National Do Not Call Register.

Have not answered when this number calls.  In the last week 9 calls.  A little extreme for someone I do not want calling.
